L’endroit est parfait pour séjourner à Washington. Les chambres sont propre et la salle de loisir est très joli. La seule chose que j’ai pas aimé c’est qu’il n’y a pas de service à la clientèle pour aider les gens. Vers 00h la porte d’entré est fermé et il n’y a personne pour nous ouvrir. Heureusement il y avait un autre la touriste qui était sorti pour faire des courses qui nous avaient aidé à entrer.

Very functional small room. Staff are very serviceable. Close to the main attraction and the metro system. The only thing that bothers us was the fact that is no nice restaurant nearby, you need to do a 20-30 minutes walk to found some… but you can eat some snacks at the hotel.

Negatif Arriving late after a long day, I was surpised that you had to do yourself the check in. I was impatient and it felt like the human toich was missing. The parking cost is way too much for 1 night (50$). The room is really small Positif: clean , few minutes walks to Air and space, the capitol. The room was nice and clean

Horrible DO NOT GO!!!!
I find this place absolutely horrible. I felt as if I was in a cage in Asia. The room is so small I thought I was gonna have a panic attack! It is a motel that pretends to be hype, super expensive with no check in, no trolley, no service. It’s the worse experience ever and I will never stay in a Citizen M again! I usually don’t write reviews but feel that I have to to avoid people going through the same experience. For that price (250$ a night) stay in a nice boutique hotel or even an upscale one. Don’t ever go there!

personnel très accueillant et agréable, bel hôtel propre et tranquille, agréable de flâner dans l'aire commune. le rooftop bar est superbe mais le bar n'était pas ouvert il fallait monter du rdc nos drinks! chambre petite mais très confortable. je recommande cet établissement.

You can't stream anything except from your own device, and for some reason need to give your credit card info just to do so. They have one size of pillow: giant. The bed is poor, the water pressure is very poor, the climate control is poor, only the location in the city is a plus.

the hotel is high tech from the moment you check in with a kios to controlling everything in the room with a mini iPad, I would have rated a 5 star if the room were a bit larger, as it is, I felt like an RV !!

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because we could not get in to the building. We arrived exhausted after a delayed flight to D.C. We took a Lyft to hotel and there was no staff monitoring door. I appreciate the additional security measures to avoid intruders. Unfortunately those measures kept my husband and I outside at 0100AM. We finally got in and had a few issues using the key card elevators.

Amazing little rooms, super modern with an iPad to control everything. Check in was very easy. Only downside is it’s $50 to park overnight each day, so it can get kind of prices. Typical of the city though.

Great design in combination with a very functional room. Small, but well thought through. All room functions can be controlled via a tablet. Hotel has a nice rooftop and is a 5min walk to L'Enfant Plaza metro, which is one of the major metro intersections in DC.
