Carlyle Suites Hotel is home to Twist Dupont Restaurant and serves beautifully prepared American dishes with savory Mediterranean flavors. Breakfast is served in our sun-drenched in-door patio while lunch and dinner is served in our more intimate dining space that pics up on the Art-Deco design with our black and white tile floors, glass and neon accents and large bar perfect for that pre-dinner cocktail.
Twist Dupont Restaurant is also favored among locals and guests alike for its popular Sunday Jazz Brunch held weekly in our unique European styled in-door patio. Enjoy a variety of carving stations, omelet stations and freshly prepared waffles and side dishes. Our Sunday Jazz Brunch is perfect for small groups or family events such as bridal showers, baby showers and annual family holidays such as Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Recreation
Guests receive complimentary access to the Washington Sports Club - DC's leading fitness center and is just a short three block walk from Carlyle Suites Hotel. Walking trails, tennis, biking, horseback riding, and in-line skating are available at nearby Rock Creek Park is less than a mile from our Dupont Circle hotel.

“Groovy hotel”
Very art deco, the bar is small and intimate, very fun. LOVED this hotel. Just a few blocks from Dupont park. Kitchen (inc. stove with pots and pans! in room). Would stay there again any time.
“Dupont Circle gem”
Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, with fresh towels daily. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the metro, and within walking distance of restaurants.
“We were so pleased with this hotel!”
We stayed here for four nights and would return again. The location is great since it is close to the Metro and also some good local restaurants. We even walked to downtown sights, although it may seem too far for some. We felt completely safe and the neighborhoods are so interesting! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the kitchen made breakfast easy before we left for the day.
“An exciting Dupont Circle location”
Everything was great. Room was clean, modern and had sufficient space. There was a nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel. I could see how parking may be an issue, but due to the fact that it was a Tuesday, I easily got a spot in the hotel's lot. Neighborhood was great. Within walking distance were many bars, restaurants, and sight-seeing plus the metro. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This was a delightful place to say--in the mid-range of what I found in terms of price but huge room, great location, and wonderful service.
“great time in DC”
the hotel reminded me of an old home from the 60's it was in the middle of a residental area, but close to town. We walked 1.2 miles in the morning to get to the Lincoln Memorial. but with all the walking that we had done we wound up 3.5 miles away from the hotel, we took a cab back and it was so cheap $10 that was so great.. We are going back in October when it is cooler there. The only thing that I found bad with the hotel was the parking, there was not enough and it was in bad shape(holes and trash bins everwhere) not enough parking for the size of the place. When we left the next day and we went to my car, it was covered over with a blanket and they were jackhammering next to my drivers side. that made me a bit upset as I just bought the car the week before vacation.
“I wouldn't stay anywhere else in DC”
This hotel has everything going for it. Great staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, and best of all, a small kitchenette, which make for a far healthier lifestyle on the road. The only thing to watch out for: some rooms can be on the small size. Make sure that you request one of the larger rooms, and preferably on or above the fifth floor because its much quieter.
“Our Choice for DC”
Room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained during our stay. Good quality linens and furnishings, flat-screen television, and wi-fi service. There will be no need to look further for our next DC stay. Only criticism is the dining - completely unprepared for breakfast.
“Well located, tidy, nice”
My first time staying in a hotel in DC, and this was a great choice. Dupont is a great location; the hotel was tidy and chic (and well-priced), my room was spacious and quiet. This is the first time I've written an online hotel review, and I decided to do so to give this hotel the recognition it deserves. Only small gripe: the Internet connection, while always on, constantly reloads, so you have to reenter your password all the time. But it's free! And a tip: it seems easiest to get the free parking in the afternoon, rather the morning.

Everything, from the hotel staff, to the room, to the parking, to the beds and little kitchen were fabulous!
