Great breakfast, stunning view!Posted 31-Mar-2014
Pros: Of course breakfast and the view.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi
Location: Beautyful Old Town, Chmielna Street, a lot of Theatres near by (for Polish speakers)
Hotel highly recommended. One of the best experience in my life. Clean room, friendly staff. But a big minus thet there is no free Wi-Fi, in 5 star hotel!. Never met this before even in hostels Wi-fi was usually for free. But easily to catch free Hot Spot on the Main Train Station..

Nice city hotelPosted 30-Mar-2014
Pros: Location, friendly staff, excellent concierge service!
Cons: Mattress was not even.
Location: Good location as a short walk to the old town and other sights
Asked for an early check in and room was ready by 10:00 am which was a blessing as I had been traveling all night!

Cannot fault itPosted 25-Mar-2014
Central location, nice room, breakfasts are great, gym and swimming pool are good and the 40th floor bar has great views and in the two hour happy hour its very cheap. I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: rudeness, better reception service
Location: in the center ,near best restaurants and malls
we were given a room which is connected to another with a door through we can here our neighbors and pretty disturbing! at midnight we had to complain and move to another room not connected and quieter! why these rooms exist in such an expensive hotel and given to us as individual couple ? The receptionist was kind of rude cos when we asked from the beginning for a different room ,she found excuses not to!

Great location for exploring Warsaw, we were on the 29th floor, fabulous views of the city. Very spacious room & great breakfast with plenty of choice Would definitely stop here again Been told by several locals that's it's the best hotel in Warsaw

All as it should be in top class hotelPosted 18-Jan-2014 on Hotels.com
For once I can't utter a word of criticism for the hotel itself. The hotel is well laced for business in Warsaw. The staff are magnificent as are hotel services (gym, business lounge, etc.).. Just do not use the mini bar. However there is something called Champions Bar nearby (a sports on TV restaurant), which probably belongs to the hotel operators. It sells junk food and bad beer at exorbitant prices. Quality of sports broadcast is not too good either. If you are after sport in Warsaw go for Beerhalle chain.

Great hotel in good locationPosted 17-Jan-2014
Pros: Written above
Cons: The prices in the Parmizziano's restaurant are too high. The restaurant is very good - but pricing should be better.
Location: The location opposite the Central Train Station helps business people to move inside Poland without the need to change the hotel.
Hotel is centrally located oposite Warsaw Central Train Station. The hotel has great facilities: nice rooms, well equipped gym, great breakfast, nice and good restaurants, well working and efficient service - and you may get very good pricing (especially on a weekend or a holiday). Strongly recommended!

Pros: Great view, good water pressure
Cons: The bed, nice as a King size, very uncomfortable mattress!! The room climate controls were all screwed up. I like it cool, that took 4 calls to manag
Location: Close to the Main train station, mall, Hard Rock Café, and site seeing of the Old Town, Royal Route, Jewish Ghettto
I came to Warsaw on the third leg of a two week trip. It was a great place to stay, with great views
