Value for money hotel
Stay was good. Just a note, being a 5-star hotel, they didn't give us any vanity kit. Breakfast was great, they have this lavender oil which helped us sleep well. I requested for extra and they gave us.

Excellent buffet, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and room with club access lounge a steal given the free drinks and chef's appetizers every evening on the house. Excellent location, too.

It was okay. Not up to the Westin standard.
I was expecting a nicer hotel. The room was rundown. They LOCKED the minibar, which we thought was strange. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the suggestions they made for dinner places. It was a bit of a walk to old town. Overall it was okay but I guess I expected more.

Could be Superb but it's not
This is a great hotel that could.be superb. It has three lifts and having stayed here maybe 5 times on each occasion at least 1 lift is broken. This trip 2 lifts. That means long waits getting to your room. I am fanatical about cleanliness and more attention is needed in the bathrooms. It's ok but ok is not great..I would still recommend this hotel. Staff are lovely and it has a good gym. The beds are great.

The hotel is 20 stories high served by only 3 elevators! One was out of service during my 4 nights stay and on last day another elevator went out of service ! So the entire hotel was running on one elevator , while checking out I had to stay for more than 20 min before jamming ourself inside a crowded elevator along with my luggage !! This happened while the hotel was hosting a big event , I don’t know how such situation was managed also the check out process was vey slow and the reception has a single employee whiteout any attention to long queue of customers, strangely the hotel manager passing by without any care for guests comfort !!

Great hotel. High standards. The front staff were nice, but the English was a bit tough. My only complaint is that I was not told I was upgraded until I asked if I could just get a coffee to go from the amazing breakfast spread— they then told me breakfast was included, and I had access to the exec lounge. It was my last day.

The property is in excellent condition with a beautiful architectural design, and it's in a great location near the city center. The staff is friendly and fluent in English. (If you're a Westerner and have traveled in parts of central Europe, you know that Western service is not a "given", but the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful & polite. The room was spotless and there were a lot of nice touches to make the room feel luxurious. 1 small negative thing - I was not able to use the mini bar because it wouldn't unlock, but otherwise, this was a great spot to stay.
