Plus ce que c’était…
Checkin très frustrant car je n’ai pas eu la chambre réservée c’est la deuxième fois que cela arrive au Regent. Pas d’excuses, pas d’explications. Globalement l’hôtel n’est plus ce qu’il était, c’est très triste de voir que le très chic Hyatt Regency des années 2008-2011 n’existe plus que dans les souvenirs…

Excellent hôtel. Assez proche du centre ville, confortable et très propre. Personnel très sympathique et agréable Petit déjeuner très bien garni. Seul petit bémol la poubelle non vidée et des paignoirs non remplacés. Pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas top

2 night stay in Regent Warsaw Hotel
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, fast check-in and possibility of leaving the card in the box for check out. Rooms are very specious and clean, very quiet, very big bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is a nice restaurant on the ground flour with a live music in the evening. I also had breakfast and it was very tasty and great choice, it was included int he price for my room. But if you have to pay separately, it's very expensive (around 25 euros), especially for Poland. There is really good swimming pool and a gym, included in price.

Séjour mauvaise accueil, attente à l'accueil 45mn. Pas de solution amenée à 2 problèmes. J'ai dû appeler hôtel.com pour résoudre ces problèmes. Pas d'aide du réceptionniste et qui ne voulait rien savoir. Heureusement l'intervention de hôtel.com a été efficace. La chambre pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Très décevant

Bel hôtel proche du jardin Chopin à Varsovie
Séjour de trois jours à Varsovie en famille pour découvrir la ville et Nous rendre an un mariage. L’hotel se trouve an quelques pas du magnifique jardin Chopin. Il est également très facile de se rendre dans la vieille ville à pieds, en bus ou en taxi. L’hôtel est très propre, très confortable, propre et il offre de nombreux services. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable!

Un hotel 5 étoiles qui a pas mal vieillit !
L’hôtel commence à vieillir un peu, tant au niveau des prise électrique, que de la moquette ou bien de la piscine. La salle de bain est en revanche très plaisante et très grande. Un vrai bonheur. Le parking à l'exterieur est gratuit mais a un nombre limité de place. Le parking souterrain est en revanche payant et coute 70pln par nuit.... complètement prohibitif ! L'hotel est situe dans une zone calme avec pas mal d'ambassades autour. e n'est néanmoins pas la partie la plus touristique de Varsovie. Vous devrez prendre le bus pour vous rendre dans le centre ville.

Great discovery to stay in Warsaw
I have been in many hotels in Warsaw during the last years. The last 2 times I stayed on this Hotel and I loved. Very comfortable, very nice staff (thanks Dawide)... The sauna and the swimming pool are great. Not at City center but not far away by taxi. Surely I will choose it again on my next visit to Warsaw.
