Arrived at 5am and were put into an extremely noisy room facing a construction site. It was nowhere mentioned by the hotel that there was construction work ongoing. Also, the key to the room did not work. The reception person had to let us in. After asking for a quieter room, the hotel did not offer us any other options. They said they were not responsible for the construction work outside the hotel. We asked to get checked out immidiately in order to find a different hotel, as we hadn’t slept the whole night, but the Crowne Plaza denied our request. They just didn’t care about us at all! Thank you Expedia for providing a solution and giving us a refund for the room!! I trust you can charge it back to the hotel.

About changing room, we offer room move, but your wife did not switch room and said that you are dealing with travel agency about this situation. And your wife checked out at 12 when the regular time for check-out at out hotel.

Good location of the hotel for people traveling on business. The hotel is relatively new. It wasn’t simple to figure out how to orerate room’s air conditonong. Breakfast at crown plaza exceeded expectation.

The hotel is quite new and decent. However, I had a terrible sleepless night as my neighbors were too loud, and the rooms are not soundproof at all! Also, the mattress is very uncomfortable. For a new hotel of this level, you should do better! The staff was helpful and did their best!
