Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, the cleaners took away my shower curtain (don't know why) and did not replace, so water from showering went everywhere. aided by a loose fitting for the shower head - which the staff were aware of but did not fix or move me to another room - however I did not ask to be moved in any case. Power point in room was already burnt out so could not be used. When asked to extend my checkout time I was told this would at an additional cost - however later that night the manager informed me there would be no charge."
