“So pleased: decided to stay another night”

Excellent customer service! We've stayed at the hotel right next to it, a year ago. But we enjoyed our stay here so much that we decided to stay an extra night this time! The hotel is modern looking and nice. The bed was so comfortable! The lady at the front desk was so thoughtful because when she noticed that I was pregnant she asked if I would like to stay on the ground floor! The breakfast is what you would expect from Hampton Inn with make your own fresh waffles. BUT the lady in charge of the food went around asking everyone if everyone would like to have mints. It's all these little things that add up to a wonderful experience!

“7 Day Detective”

Great hotel, new, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were large and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this place.

“Nice newer hotel”

Don't bother with the free breakfast there is better food at fast food restaurants. The room is a nice design but the cleaning could be better it was a 8 out of 10.

“Nice Place to Stay”

Everything was fine except for the fact tat upon check in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. It was apparent that the person manning the desk was a new employee and should not have been left alone at the desk.

“Not Impressed”

The actualy hotel was beautiful and teh accomodations were gorgeous but the service was sub par. They were bordering rude when I was trying to get something worked out with them. They seemed a bit amateur to me.
