"Simply this hotel was the best one during my holiday in Hurghada-I tried 4 different hotels to see how difference they are, and I har most pleasant time at Iberotel. Room, pool, bar, foods were all top level, and staffs were all kind. Especially Ahmed at reception was the most professional one I’ve seen during my whole holiday in Hurghada. I will definitely come to this hotel again."

"When we arrived it was 3am and the hotel lobby was extremely hot, no AC! Even though I informed the hotel about our late check in it took them around 30 mins to check our room before taking us there. The lobby had mosquitos and our children were bitten several times. My first impressions of the hotel were very poor, we were very disappointed and hoping that we didn’t make a mistake booking this hotel. When we were finally taken to our room it was very hot, I was disappointed that after checking our room before allowing us in they didn’t turn on the AC so the room would be cool for us. Despite the poor reception our stay was very nice, the family room was very spacious (a bit run down, could do with the shower room and furniture being upgraded) but the service from the staff was amazing, food was always fresh and tasty, pool area clean and staff very friendly! "
