“Poor customer service - too busy flirting with other guests”

Overall the hotel was good; good room, good location and amazing breakfast however we don't speak much Italian and the girl behind the counter spoke very little English, and provided very little information. At check out she tried to charge us twice even though we had told her we had paid and showed her an email received by expedia she refused to accept we had paid. After a good 15 minutes she finally found they had our bank details and proceeded to make us sign something. We still don't know if we have paid twice. Will have to check our bank statement. Would not book through an internet company -- it appears they don't understand technology.

“Hotel tried to charge me twice”

I stayed 2 nights, a week apart. On both occasions the hotel tried to charge me again, even though it was pre-booked through Expedia. I had a single bed, which is not normal for a 4 star hotel in most countries.
