“vERY satifisfied”

The room was small, but very well lit and CLEAN! the husband and wife running the hotel were VERY NICE, knowledgable of the city. The hotel is 3 minute walking distance to the underground subway and within a minutes walk from the tram stop SERIOUSLY you just had to cross the street to the tram. THe couple let me print from their computer without charge, they willing gave directions to every point of interest that were right on! the hotel is next to a dozen of eateries that were FABULOUS. I didn't eat at the hotel because i left before breakfast was served and returned after hours (LATE) to the hotel. I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller staying at this hotel. VERY comfortable, VERY CLEAN! i cannot stress this enough, if ever i were to return to Vienna i would stay again at this hotel. The husband and wife were extremely nice, very polite, and extremely helpful WONDERFUL stay!

Expedia needs to make everyone aware that this hotel takes cash only as this could be embarrassing
