Fantastic central location. Only negative is the shower and shower curtain which was a bit mouldy. Shower tray could do with replacing however would stay again for a short trip.

Staff were terrific. Breakfast is included which is a bonus. Rooms had plenty of space. Hotel was in walking distance to transit and many sites.

Great place!
Great place! Staff was very helpful, gave great information about how to get to local places, free breakfast, near train stop and walking distance to many spots in Vienna. Room was clean and spacious.

This is a well hidden away gem of a place to stay, especially if you want to save money in one of the most expensive cities in Europe by taking a room with a shared bathroom. I still actually had my own shower and basin. The breakfast area could do with being bigger to seat more people, but there is not much they can do about it. The area can be quite noisy but if you close your window at night it's fine. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Also more spacious than I thought it would be for a single. Overall - loved it.

Clean tidy and comfortable
Out of all the hotels/hostels where I have had to use a common WC, this one had the cleanest. The person at the reception was polite and friendly, the room is clean and conveniently designed. We had a very pleasant experience.

We stayed on the 6th floor. We were completely surprised to get inside our room and find out we didn't have a toilet in our room. We had to shre one with the room beside of us in the hallway. Our 10-year-old had to use the bathroom badly when we arrived. Unfortunately, the people staying next door were already in the bathroom. We waited a long time before the bathroom was available. When it finally became available our son wouldn't go to the bathroom because it smelled awful. I need to go the the bathroom in the night 3 or 4 times. This was very inconvenient for me to have to go out into the hallway. The carpet looked really dirty by the door. I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room.

Close to an underground. Really warm room. Decent breakfast. WiFi was a bit weak but overall I would stay here again. We had the family room for 4 people, the rooms were huge.

A bit disappointed that our bathroom was shared with many other rooms and was 2 floors down and requiring key access through 2 doors. The bedroom itself was clean but the bathroom and reception were a little outdated.

Conveniently located with friendly staff
We stayed there for 2 nights and had a good time. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star facilities. Decor was outdated an doesn't look great from the outside but everything was very clean. The breakfast was continental but they also made an effort to leave boiled eggs and some veg and fruit. The metro is literally a few mins walk away and you can get a bus to and from the airport within a five min walk if that. Staff were very friendly and speak very good English which is helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terrible place and experience
Gave us a terrible tiny room with two small beds instead of the double bed I paid for. No facilities. No soap, towels, tiny bathroom, smelly. Worst breakfast ever.

PLEASE DO READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU BOOK IT. I am exprienced and even travelling a lots with my job. So this is def not because of me lack of travelling experience. Well, when i booked the room it said double room. When you go look into more details about the room it listed partially bathroom and shower only. So you will assume this room has shower in it right? But OMG when we oped the door, guess what we saw, A SINK, yes just a sink in your room to wash hand and brush your teeth called partially bathroom. And whats more we actually have to share shower and toilet with other SEVEN rooms. thats say each room can stay up to two people. This is 14 people we are talking about. Honestly, hotel called itself 3 stars hotel but with this kind of condition, this is totally not acceptable. And found out on other reviews later on realize we are not the first one who got into this situation. OH btw when we got there the elevator wasnt working and we had to walk up 8th floor with the suitcases to the receiption. So please think twice before you book it and good luck.

We have different room Categories, and your Experience should have helped you actually to recognize which one you book and for which Price. the room you have booked is one with shared Bathroom & wc as mentioned on Expedia as well, that was much cheaper than other Categories. usually is not a sink at the room for this Category - like you have booked-, but we have a SINK in our only three rooms all over our house which have no Bath & wc inside. ( we don´t have 7 rooms of that Category as you have mentioned ). we wonder how you got such a wrong Information!!!! We apologize that by your Coming was an Elevator check and we looking forward to welcome you again in our House who looks on the Heart of Vienna. Best Regards

Exactly what I was looking for. A clean quiet place to sleep that was close to Vienna city center and easily accessible to and from the airport (via CAT, 10 min walk, 16 minute train ride for 12 euro).

This place is a disaster!!!!!!!
The sign for the place was very small. There was no easy way to get into the place. Fortunately a guest was entering the building and let us in. The ‘lobby’(that’s what they called it) was on the eighth floor. There was one shared tiny toilet for 7 rooms(14 people). No A/C and no fans provided with high temps in the 90’s and lows of 78-80. This is the first time in all my booking on Hotels .com that your rating of the property was an absolute joke-very good is as far off the mark possible. Please take this off your list of possibilities ASAP. If not put the information about one toilet for 7 double rooms in all caps and bold on the first page. You should be ashamed to have this on your list of possible hotels.

The hotel staff are very very nice and are trying to help, Good location within walking distance of the pedestrian mall, super market and subway near, And if you note that there is gluten sensitivity, they take care of gluten-free bread.

The place is in a great location, close to many places of interest. The breakfast great but the carpet on the dining area is too old and looks dirty, The staff so helpfull and look into minimun details. The room has a nice space, I slept like a baby but my husband coudn`t sleep well because is tall and the bed has wooden frame that did not let him lay full straight, carpet and furniture need a bit old

Such an easy place to get to from the rail station. Just hop on the metro, four stops and a short 3-4 minute walk to the pension. Breakfast was great and the rooms very large and quiet. Wonderful helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about the place and absolutely nothing negative.

A very good and convenient hotel for the money
A very good hotel for the money, a comfortable (small) and quiet room, within 15 minutes' gentle walk of the centre and right next to the underground and tram stops. Breakfast is simple (continental) but tasty and free. Staff are friendly.
