Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place.

Smoking room, terrible customer service
Reception told us they upgraded us to a superior room on check in. However, the room that they moved us to was heavily smoked in. I strongly suspect that we were only "upgraded" to this room because it was rejected by other guests, and we were the last to check in for the night as they said the hotels was fully booked when we asked to be moved. Following the stay, the hotel said (in writing) that they would refund 50% of the room cost to compensate for the room condition. However, when trying to remit the refund from hotels.com, Pakat Suites rescinded the initial offer and claimed that we did not bring it to their attention at the time (not true, as a receptionist came to the room at the time who confirmed it was smoked in). Over a month later, numerous emails with the hotel, and hours on the phone with hotels.com and a refund still hasn't been provided. Terrible customer service on all accounts.

Quiet area close to city center. Interior more modern than building immediately shows. Interesting and alternative interior design. Quaint. Definitely a place to come back to

Loved this hotel! Right off the cruise ship at 8:30 am and they held our luggage for us until we could check in. Then they pointed us in the right direction for the tram. (only a block away) Came back to what could easily be a very small apartment, clear modern. It is a bit outside city center, but with the tram right there it was easy to get anywhere. We would stay there again

Great location but needs a few simpl improvements.
The location was great. The bed was getting a bit old and had a bit of an indent were previous people had slept so with the bed being made up of 2 separate beds together it made it a little strange with a hill in the middle. The lighting needs some improvements as packing and looking through bags was difficult in the low light. Housekeeping need to be a little more vigilant as we ran out of soap in the liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom and almost ran out of toilet paper promoting a call to the front desk.

Great location! Short walk from the train station, check in was super easy and friendly. We loved the room, it was clean, comfortable and had lots of space for two. Highly recommend!

This lovely hotel is a real gem located close to the Belvedere Palace Museum in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was very specious and comfortable. The breakfast is served in a large bright room with an excellent buffet from which to choose a large selection of items. The staff in the lobby and in the breakfast room were welcoming, polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Beware of single beds pushed together!
In all fairness the hotel and suites were very nice but we had booked a double room and ended up with two single beds pushed together. When I asked staff if we could change I was told that all the rooms are like that. Later when I asked a different person I was told that because I had booked through hotels.com this was the type of room allocated, they did have proper double beds in other rooms but were fully booked so even though I offered to pay extra to change or upgrade we couldn’t, although the honest receptionist did everything they could to help with covers to put across the gap. So beware if you book through hotels.com the chances are that you won’t get a proper double bed!

This is a suite which means it is huge for the price :) walking distance to the city center and train station and next to the "kiss" museum. can't be better. there is a good sichuan restaurant on the way to city center as well.

Location was excellent within walking distance from the train station and tram stop which is about 4 tram stops to city center. The staff was exceptional, Sarah and Moscoo were extra helpful in every way. We had 3 days in Vienna and they assisted with directions and helped arrange our transfer to the airport . The suites were very spacious and clean.

The property is all about "design" and it sets a high standard. But good design also includes functionality and in that area it doesn't score so well. Towel rails jammed behind shower doors, toilet separate from the bathroom, although I understand the benefit for some, and more. These things did not detract from the overall comfort but I noticed it as someone interested in functional and aesthetic design.

Great Accommodation!
We were very happy with this hotel. Because it was a suite, the bedroom was separate from the sitting area. It felt more like a condo than a hotel room. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with directions, arranging a taxi. Hotel located in a residential area, but close to some decent restaurants. Transit also handy for those taking trams or subway to the central part of Vienna. Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend this place to others.

The location, service and spacious rooms were excellent. Most of the staff members were really nice and friendly while this lady at the front desk was not willing to help at all. Coffee and a free water bottle will raise the quality of stay (we got this from another 3star hotel in Vienna).

Nice quiet suburban location
Arrived very early and asked for early check-in after a long trip. The reception said she would see what she could do. In the meantime, I took a walk to nearby Belvedere Palace. Came back half an hour before official check in time and the same reception clerk was sitting at the desk. I waited, and I waited, she didn't tell me whether or not she had any luck. She kept playing on her mobile phone. 10 mins after official check-in I went up and asked and lo and behold my room was just sitting ready. Oh and i was the only one in the lobby. Great start... Rooms are huge and well appointed, quiet, good outlook onto a park. There's a cafe and little restaurant across the road, and the HBF is only 10 min walk. Wien city centre is probably is about 15min walk. I noticed on day 1 that there was no hot water and very little pressure. On day 4 it finally came good. Not good when it's snowing outside after a long day of walking. Could do better.

What a fabulous hotel.
This hotel is just soo good. Huge rooms, so well appointed and modern. Love the bar area, but the only down side is that there is no Restaraunt Overall though, 11 out of 10
