“Vienna Wunderbar!”
Looking around for a place to stay in Vienna that doesn't require a small loan, or leave you feeling like you're single-handedly keeping this place afloat, or make you feel like you have to comprimise on everything and stay in some dump is a real challenge. Let's face it, Vienna makes it's living off the deep pockets of visitors and does it exceedingly well. And mostly you're happy to play along. Well staying in the Lindner Belvedere gives you the best of all worlds. Top class accommodations, genuinely friendly service, competent staff, and lots of space and style for a better than reasonable price. Few places make you feel like you're getting more value for your stay and this is definitely one of them. Only a few minutes walk from the Ring, the Opera, and everything you want to see and do in Vienna it's location is superb. You're not inside the craziness, but not far from what you want to come here for. Besides that you're a few doors down from Schloss Belvedere and in the midst of the embassies, with great public transportation connections. If you want the real deal, then this is your place to stay in Vienna. You'll be pamered, not paupered! Excellent value, nothing wanting.
“Good tourist hotel”
Excellent choice for tourist stay. Medium-sized fairly modern hotel. Right on Belvedere, train station with direct access to airport only a couple blocks away, and within walking distance of downtown area loop. No business center but desk staff willing to print copies of documents. Would stay there again.
“Good location, great value, friendly and service-oriented staff”
Clean, efficient, very close to center of city. A great brewhouse 2 doors down and next to the largest Klimt exhibit. Highly recommended. Didn't try the restaurant since the brewhouse was right down the street.
“Great hotel in good location!”
We recently stayed at this property and the rooms and knowledgeable staff were both above and beyond our expectations. Very nice large modern rooms and nice lounge in the lobby!
“A beautiful view”
The Lindner am Belvedere was a lovely and convenient place from which to explore the inner city of Vienna. The Ringstrasse with its many wonderful sights was a ten-fifteen minute walk away, as were many lovely concert venues. From our window we could see the Belvedere and its beautiful formal gardens, as well as the dome of the Salisiener Church. The neighboring streets are filled with lovely embassies, some interesting shops and restaurants. Also, it is located directly on a tram line, if one needed transportation to other parts of the city.

Very good central location to explore the city with a short 10 minute walk from the centre. Hotel is literally next door to the Palais-Schwarzenberg Belvedere Palace which is must see with its gorgeous gardens. The hotel itself is new and modern and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Vienna is a gorgeous city and would really recommend it and the Lindner helped towards our amazing stay in this good hotel
“The Hotel”
A first time visitor to Vienna, we arrived at the Lindner at 10.00pm.The Receptionist was delightful, nothing was too much trouble.We asked if there was any chance of getting something to eat, expecting to be offered some peanuts or chips, and was delighted to be advised that the restaurant served food till 11. The meal was excellent as was the waitress.This hotel was the highlight of our European vacation.Well done
“Best Bet in Vienna”
The Lindner am Belvedere is in a great location for walking to nearby sites as well as catching the tram for further destinations. The room was well appointed and quite full of amenities. The staff was very helpful and the inhouse bar was great for a nightcap as Vienna seemed to close down earlier than most cities. I would recommend this hotel to all.
