A health club 100 metres from the hotel offers exercise classes such as aerobics and yoga. Hire bicycles are stationed outside underground stations, including the Volkstheater station 300 metres from the hotel. For children there's a playground 50 metres from the hotel.
Hiking and jogging trails, a golf course, a public swimming pool, and an amusement park featuring a 200-foot Ferris wheel are among the attractions in the vast Prater park, which begins three kilometres from the hotel; there is an underground station (Prater) at the amusement park.

“Had a lovely time!”
As a solo, female traveler I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's easy to get to, just around the corner from the U3 subway. It's a block away from Mariahilfer, the shopping avenue. And the rest of the neighborhood has great shopping too. I stayed in room 624, which is on the top floor with a window view of the city skyline. A great view! My room was also at the end of the hallway, so very little traffic directly outside of my room. Starting around 8 or 8:30am the cleaning staff began using the closet outside of my room, so there was some noise, but definitely within the expected range of hotel noise. I would recommend any of the rooms 620-624 - all of these rooms should have a similar view from the window, and all of these rooms are farthest from the elevator (so little traffic outside them). The bed was big, the bathroom had a tub and shower, there's a decent closet, safe, tv - a pretty great room for a european hotel. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very easy. I took the CAT train (roundtrip ticket is 19 euros), then transferred to the U3 line at Langstrases. The U3 Volkstheatre stop is closest to the hotel. Then it's about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Very do-able with a suitcase. The hotel breakfast buffet is great. It's the same everyday, but there's enough variety to switch it up each day. Fresh fruit, rolls and pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, etc.

“Ideal Venue for Vienna Stay”
Excellent throughout. Helpful Staff and ideally situated for museums and amenities. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and only falls a little short for those addicted to traditional full English. Bistro facilities later on provide good food well presented but proportionally expensive.Free internet access in lobby.
“Viennas best hotel!”
This hotel was very welcoming, centrally located, with superb breakfasts (including champagne!!), helpful staff, and our room had a marvellous view over Vienna (ask for 623)with a king sized bed, fluffy pillows, duvet etc. Altho' central for the Museums, it was situated in a very quiet side road. Would thoroughly reccommend this hotel.
“Definitely a class hotel”
Hotel was expensive, but it was a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was first class. Loaned us an umbrella in the rain. Provided computer and internet access.
“Very solid service”
Although K&K Maria Theresia isn't the most luxurious hotel in Vienna, it's certainly very solid overall. Rooms are clean and bright, hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and forthcoming, bathrooms not the largest but among the cleanest, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. I'll return to this hotel on my next trip to Vienna!

We were very happy with this hotel. The breakfast buffet spoiled us for the rest of our European vacation. Nice waitress, Tamara. This is a chain of Hotels and also enjoyed their hotel in Budapest.
