We were a party of 6 and we all fit just fine. The apartment is small but we managed alright. Its an easy walk from the train station. Management is excellent with communication, they responded quickly when we had a question.

I like so much the location of the Apartment because it is very convenient for the train stations. Meidling station direct to airport. Lots of international stores around and shopping stores and restaurants nearby. I like the room that we stayed is clean but only some ants inside our rooms. The only thing the bread toaster is broken that makes the electricity all down. Our 2 beds are very comfortable. I am still wishing to stay again in this Apartment when i come back Vienna.... Chona D.

The location of this property is good, very near the U bahn and only 2 stations from the airport. However some things about the flat were unsatisfactory. We could not shut the blind in the bedroom fully and it had a see through curtain, we put a pillow in the gap. The one curtain rail was not fixed correctly and fell down several times and the TV did not work, The property was well heated and had hot water. The arrangement of collecting the keys is very easy although the labelling on the key was confusing (just the number of the flat would be easier) We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Apartment for everyone!
Our expectations were fullfilled when we decided to rent this apt. for our 5 day stay in Vienna. To start off, this apt. was close to every where we went and metro station was 4 mins away. The apt. was spacious, comfortable and it felt like home. We were also very happy that we had a balcony. The only thing that bothered us is that the sink was clogged and there weren't enough utensils to cook with. Everything else was super! Keep it up! Will definetly reccomend! Thanks 😊

Thank you for your feedback. Before arrival we communicate through email and explain to check in process. We also reachable on our hotline 24/7 and emails are answered the next day the latest. sometimes we are not provided guest emails or phone numbers and that makes that process diffucult. In that case we inquire and rely to get that information through our booking partners.

Cogimos el más sencillo y está bien comunicado, cerca de un súper Spar, es tranquilo parece un almacén hecho dos apartamentos pero por el precio genial, la ducha es demasiado pequeña no te puedes casi mover y falta algún útil de cocina como unas tijeras,, la cama muy comoda. Las sábanas pequeñas pero te amoldas son individuales, muchos edredones por si tienes frío.Volveria aunque puede que cogería un nivel superior, aunque este estaba a pie de calle, otra ventaja para mí.

Die Sauberkeit war solala. Tag der Ankunft und Tage später hat es grausam gestunken. Sogar die Bettwäsche oben beim Schlafsofa. Vermute die vorherigen Gäste hatten vor abreise gekocht, kurzdrauf wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt und als wir kamen stank es furchtbar. Für mich als Frau unerträglich. Musste die Bettwäsche mehrmals Taglich wärend 3-4Tage parfümieren. Im kleinen WC wo Wc-Schüssel vorhanden ist, wurde der Boden nicht sauber geputzt. Es stank sehr stark nach Urin vom Boden. Die Urinspuren waren auch sichtbar auf dem Boden. Für 7Übernachtungen etwas über 1000Franken bezahlt für das Appartement mit Terasse definitiv nicht wert.

Tolle Lage, ruhig, Nahversorger & Öffis ums Eck
Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, 3 U-Bahnstationen, mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Ein Wochenmarkt und Supermarkt, diverse kleinere Läden alles in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Fußgängerzone auch nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer Wohnstraße und nicht allzu weit weg von Schloss Schönbrunn (Bus 10A fährt direkt), Tierpark Schönbrunn und Technischem Museum. War sauber, Wäsche, Geschirrspültabs und Waschmaschinen Pods vorhanden. Ebenso Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Trockengestell für Wäsche, Balkon. Alles was man braucht, nur Lebensmittel inkl. Gewürze sind mitzubringen. Toilettartikel gibt es nur Seife. Lift ist vorhanden.

Apartman je smješten u blizini svih sadržaja (U-bahn, prehrana, druge trgovine) Nalazi se u staroj zgradi kojoj je potrebno renoviranje (stubište, hodnik).Stan je renoviran, čist, nedostaje suđa u kuhinji (zdjele za salatu, pleh u pećnici, premali frižider za tako veliki apartman), nedostaju utičnice za fen u kupaoni, nedostaje metla za čišćenje. Tolles Apartment!
Das Apartment(Wiener Penthouse) war neuwertig, gut aufgeteilt, mit einer schönen Dachterasse und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage war es im Wohnraum teilweise sehr warm, das Schlafzimmer im unteren Stock hingegen blieb kühl. Ventilator ist vorhanden. Sauberkeit könnte an manchen Stellen etwas besser sein, gesamt hat uns das Apartment aber voll und ganz überzeugt. Auch die Kommunikation mit checkvienna hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Infos zum Check-In kamen frühzeitig, auf Anfrage war auch ein Late-Checkout kein Problem.

Ok stay but no ventilation
Apartment fulfilled our expectations except that there was no ventilation besides opening windows. We had read on another booking site that there would be ceiling fans but there was only one fan standing on the floor and we had to clean it before using it. There is no ventilation above the stove so the place gets filled with fumes from cooking food. We also had to clean up the washing machine before use. Besides this, the place was ok and we got great assistance from the main office when we had various questions during our stay. We would book it again should we need to stay in the neighborhood.

Reminds me student’s life :)
Location is good near metro, you can easy take U6/U4 to city center, also has grand supermarket nearby and traditional market also. We enjoy it the apartment during the trip. Staffs are nice as well. However if you bring huge luggage may have another concern, because if you check out early, the place to leave luggage are not the same position as the department. (Need to take metro/tram to city center)

Отличное место для проживания в Вене
Очень хороший отель (апартаменты) - находится возле метро, район тихий. В номере очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Кухня хорошо оснащена - есть всё для самостоятельного приготовления пищи и даже посудомоечная машина. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство.

O que mais desagradou neste lugar foi descobrir que é cobrado $35 euros de taxa de limpeza, porem isso não fica claro na reserva e não ha aviso antecipado sobre este pagto, simplesmente alguem aparece e exige o pagto. Porem, não há arrumação, limpeza ou troca de toalhas diários. O apto fica um pouco longe do centro e necessário fazer 1 baldeação no metro. O prédio e mal conservado, com paredes e corredores sujos, a entrada e a mesma para carros e pedrestes. O comercio ao redor tem muitas lojas que vendem produtos populares, o bairro parece ser de maioria muçulmana. Andar a noite requer atenção, ha muitas pessoas suspeitas em especial perto da estação do metro, fomos seguidos uma vez por 2 suspeitos. O apto e grande e limpo, tem o basico de utensílios de cozinha, porem as facas estavam todas cegas e com cabos quebrados. o aquecimento estava ok, mas no verão acho que o apto deve ser muito quente. A qualidade do sono regular, ha uma igreja que toca o sino com frequência e não ha cortinas black out no quarto. a cama e muito baixa e o colchão e travesseiros muito moles. wifi funcionava ok. me foi permitido sem custo extra check in antecipado e check tardio.

ideal gelegen (dank navi auch leicht zu finden), 3 min. zu fuss zur u-bahn und von dort kann man wien erkunden.
