Perfectly situated for exploring Vienna by public transport. Our rooms were comfortable, scrupulously clean, really comfortable beds and a great shower. Even the hotel public facilities (toilets) were clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was that we had phoned in advance to request single beds but the message had been missed. However, our request to have double beds split into two singles and for extra pillows was attended to immediately and the chambermaids suggested restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel. We tried them and were very happy. I would certainly try another hotel in this chain if the opportunity arose.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and I loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room! This eliminated that dirty smell most hotels have. There were a few details in regards to the hotel's condition, but nothing major that really affected our stay there. I liked the fact that there was a balcony and we had a nice view of the city. The refrigerator in the room was also a plus. The hotel was situated not too far from the main attractions of the city, probably not necessarily in walking distance, but good if you have a car or plan to take public transportation, and from what I could see there was plenty of public trasport nearby. The hotel private parking is not free, and not very cheap either, but you could also choose to park on the street during their free public parking hours. The hotel’s staff spoke great English and they were all very friendly. I would stay here again, especially since it is such an affordable price. Also, check out their restaurant coupons in the hotel. We ate at a great Mexican restaurant advertised at the hotel, and it was great! Al Chile!
