Located in a an area that makes it easy to travel around and site see. The room was very nice, comfortable, and spacious.

The property is about a 5 minute walk to the Metro which then connects you to everywhere else in the City. The local area also has many restaurants.

Good business hotel with nice breakfast.
The Hotel is at a good location for business, though the reception looked very boring and fast business. The room was a standard room with modern bathroom. Quite clean in general, though could use some design atmosphere. Breakfast was by choosing with the friendly staff, with for me good choice of food.

Our son has surgery in Vienna and we were glad to have a hotel close to the hospital. It was comfortable and nicely cared for.

Very nice hotel for couple or business
Very nice hotel with a big room and great bed and bathroom . Easy to get to from the bus station and city center. I'd certainly stay again.

Great experience with Eurostar hotel Vienna during our layover in Vienna: our beautiful room was modern, clean, and well located. Although room was on fairly busy corner blackout blinds and thick windows made it a peaceful sleep. Friendly helpful service and great restaurant across the street.

First night, there was a dead bug on the nightstand and there was a mosquito in our room. Called front desk, the lady said she was the only staff on duty at night and told us to clean by ourselves. The second night, there were blood stain on one of the pillows, there was a big fly in room and there was a bottle of cleaning detergent on countertop in bathroom. Complained next morning, the lady at front desk was rude. Another staff said it happened because they opened windows sometimes. But this is not the reason! Definitely will not recommend this Vienna location to anyone.

there was a huge difference in service. I booked two separate nights in a row. The first night (this review) was just alright. The room was clean but lacked items. There were no toothbrushes, shaving razor for men, no slippers and no water placed anywhere visible. The above is mentioned because the second night around, all items were present in the room. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly either. No smiles and was reluctant to help me with simply printing out a receipt.

Better luck next time.
I did not stay at this hotel. I booked a room but the day of my arrival they contacted me and said I had been moved to another partner hotel due to some issues. The other hotel was very far from the centre of Vienna and a lower standard. Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience.
