“Great boutique hotel”

We stayed at the Konzerthaus hotel in December for a few nights for leisure and to visit the Christmas markets. Previous visits to Vienna have been on business and have stayed in large chain hotels (good service and practical but somewhat impersonal) so it was an opportunity to have a different experience. Firstly, the hotel is well located; easy walking distance from the CAT train station that links from the airport into the city. Even for a embarrassingly poor map reader such as myself, I was able to find the hotel as quick as a flash! As you enter the hotel, there's a lovely ambiance coupled with a very warm and friendly greeting. The decor is warmer and better than shown on the website. The rooms are well decorated and furnished. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough, with complimentary toiletries. My pièce de résistance had to be the bed. The definition of comfort. To quote my exact words every morning: "It's like sleeping on a cloud..." before having to tear myself away for breakfast. Which segways nicely to the wonderful buffet breakfast on offer every morning. Great service and an extensive selection that is sure to cater to anyone's breakfast preference. The staff were courteous and always helpful and a credit to the establishment. Staying at this hotel meant it was easily accessible to the major sights by foot or a stones throw away from Stadtpark station. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Wien.

“first time in vienna”

as a first time visitor to austria and not speaking any austrian/german , i did expect to have trouble communicating . the hotel staff were excellent , most if not all spoke english , they were very accomodating and patient . the hotel itself is very smart , clean and well situated , the food was excellent and once again the staff were very good . the hotel bar was excellent , with great beer , good range of drinks and really friendly , helpfull staff . all in all i would recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to return oneday myself .

“Great Hotel”

For the price, this hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a huge range to suit all tastes, with very attentive service. All staff were universally charming and could not have been more helpful. This was a gem and we shall certainly be going back.

“Great Concierge at Hotel Am Konzerthaus!”

What a great 3 day stay at Hotel Am Konzerthaus. We had a great, clean room with a King bed . We found the Concierge to be wonderful, providing us with maps, helping with reservations and tipping us off on great restaurants. We loved the Goa Keller restaurant they told us about, 1 block away, and went there 3 times! We would definitely go back to this great hotel . Nice location, too!

This hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were polite and accomadating. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna.

“Would definitely use this hotel again”

The hotel was within a reasonable walking distance from the C.A.T. (City Airport Train) and close to the pleasent Stadtpark. We were made to feel very welcome and the reception desk staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was on the expensive side but there was a good choice and you could eat all you wanted so that you only needed a light snack at lunchtime which made up for the cost to some extent. The bar was a little small and annoyingly was a smoking area so if a couple of people lit up the place soon became a fog and not appreciated by none smokers. However you could take any drinks out into the dining area if you found the smoke too dense. Full marks though to the cleanliness of the room which was always kept spotless by the house maids who also always topped up the supplies of tea and coffee that we had used. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would not hesitate to use it again if we were to visit Vienna again.

“If you go to Vienna, stay there”

Everything was excellent. The check in and check out super fast. The hotel super clean and at fantastic location. Walking distance from Naschmarkt (the best place to be on Saturday). By the way I also recommend 2 restaurants: Figlmüller (austrian) and At Eight (gourmet). If you like wines, my suggestion is WEIN & CO at Naschmarkt. Can wait to go back.
