“Good family hotel a short walk from Mariahilfe Strasse”

The hotel met our need for a reasonably priced, clean hotel with a big room for two adults and two children, including breakfast, with good location. 5 minute walk to metro. 10 minute walk to Mariahilfe Strasse. A good half hour walk to the Innerstadt. But the location is fine. I saw in previous reviews some comments that the neighborhood is not to great, but I thought is was fine. There is a gentlemen's club on the corner, but I did not see a single shady character around. This was good value in the center of Vienna. The managers at first seemed a bit grumpy and unhelpful, but then they turned out to be very nice; the main issue was my non-existent German trying to converse with their limited English. Wasn't really a problem though.
