“The perfect place to stay”
This is a small facility offering a handful of lovely appartments for rent to travelers. The building is otherwise occupied by ordinary families and a medical clinic on the ground floor. It is a few blocks from 2 different subway stops and ten minutes from the center of town. The appartment we rented for a 1-1/2 week stay was large and sunny, with two rooms + WC and bathroom. We asked the staff to move the table into the living/bedroom and the 2d bed into the large kitchen so we had 2 sleeping rooms and they were happy to oblige. The kitchen was well appointed, with stove top, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and pots. We cooked in almost every night and felt right at home. We even had a minii-washing machine and a large drying rack. This would not be an appropriate choice for someone on business needing a business center and a hotel lobby in which to entertain guests. It might also not be the best for someone who has not traveled to Europe before and/or who speaks no German, as this is a family neighborhood, without tourist information booths. However, people are extremely helpful in such an area. The front desk is not manned 24/7, but still staff was ever helpful in arranging taxis, taking charge of tickets delivered to the door, etc. it is the perfect spot of people who enjoy seeing how real people live.
“Fantastic Stay”
Checking in was a bit like a Mission Impossible episode with the code to access the safe and the sealed instructions, key and directions to the room, but everything was smooth and easy and the accommodations were fantastic. The washing machine in the room was very convenient and the beds were very comfortable. The location was a short walk from the tramway and wonderfully located for easy access to everything we wanted to see.
“Great stay in Vienna!”
Great apartment in Vienna! Strongly recommended! Only a 10-minute walk (or 2 subway stations) to Stephansplatz. Quiet neighbourhood. Food market only 50m away. We initially booked a studio, but subsequently got for the same price an upgrade for a huge 2-bedroom apartment. Very well equipped apartment, full kitchen with a washing machine. There is a binder in the apartment with a lot of useful information (restaurants, sightseeing, useful addresses nearby, instructions for internet/phone/electrical goods...). The first floor of the building is a medical clinic... so we were not sure to be at the right place when we arrived! Office hours for the check-in are quite limited and change every day, but the service was very helpful.
“fits the bill exactly”
We definitely made the right decision when we booked this apartment for our four night stay (our first) in Vienna. The best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in - could certainly have stayed there a week. (NB no washing or dishwashing machines, but we did not need these) Fascinating pull-out bed, though this could be a problem for someone as it is consequently very low. Would certainly go back.
“Just fine”
About a 5 to 10 minute walk to city center. Very comfortable, clean, with high ceilings. Directions to get to apartment a little confusing at first, but worth it when you get there.
