“Great place to stay!”

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and will definitely stay there again if ever in Vienna. All of the staff was helpful and curtious. Everything was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was wonderful! The location is not centrally located but it is only a block from a subway station so it is easy to get to anywhere you want to go. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

“Great Hotel in Art Heaven”

This hotel rates as one of the best I have been in either for work or pleasure. So let's break that down a little. First, the location is excellent. Far enough from the main tourist spots to offer good value but close enough to walk to those spots (20 -30 mins) and also convenient to an underground (1 minute walk). It is quiet yet has good value restaurants, cafes and a supermarket or two nearby. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet perfect (we could forego lunch). A shared computer was available for a small fee (2.8E). Room was spacious, very clean, with all facilities you would expect. Now to the City. We went to see art and oh what art you get. The kunsthistorisches, Leopold and Belvedere museums are the pick but the Liechtenstein, and Albertina are worth visiting too. There are also many places showing temporary exhibitions and I would advise checking out what's on before deciding to go (MUMOK, Bank Austria Kunstforum, Kunst Haus Wien). Actually go to Kunst Haus Wien anyway - the permanent Hundertwasser collection is well worth it. All galleries cost (average 9 Euro each) and there is a Vienna card offering travel concession and discount gallery entry (about 10%) . If you spend a day in a big gallery like we do then the card is NOT worth it.

“A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel”

We were pleased with our stay at the Deutschmeister hotel, its location was convenient for both tram and underground. Our sixth floor room was comfortable and as it faced an inner courtyard was very quiet. We enjoyed our continental breakfast which was more than adequate for our needs. All the staff were helpful which made for a pleasant stay.

“Great hotel - fanstastic value”

This is a brilliant hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The buffet had everything you would expect from a continental breakfast, including delicious fresh bread and decent coffee. It is a bit out of the centre but is still only 10 minutes walk from the Ring and is well-connected (underground and trams).Would definitely recommend.

“Not enough time in Vienna!”

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Quiet residential street but within two minutes of the U Bahn station and the Danube. Room was spacious, we were given one of the apartments, nice bathroom and delicious breakfasts. Our luggage was delayed but hotel staff were very helpful.Would definitely recommend this hotel and its location.

“An enjoyable experience”

The hotel is just right for a short city break. It is near an underground station, but also within walking distance of the old part of the town. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but the quality was good and I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

“All round great hotel”

'Room' was actually an appartment, and was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was great too. The 'U' station (Tube, underground, subway, Metro...) is right opposite the road, couldn't be more convenient.
