It was a last min booking, it was perfect for one night or few days. I didn’t interact with any employee’s ( was surprised by that) but easy check in process

Excellent value and great location. Easy walk to the underground u4 from airport train and schonburnn palace and walkable to all sites in old town. Pretty noisy if you have a room on the roadside but all in all would stay again

This property does not look like the photos! I had a late flight and arrived to the property late at night and they did not have any staff working and instead left my room key on the front desk with my name and room number - anyone could have taken it. This did not feel safe

Staff, Cleanliness, size of room and shower, breakfast (worth 15 euros) . Use of dining room in the evenings for tea/ coffee and our takeaway. Situation good and good value for money. I will recommend to others and I will definitely stay here on my next visit!

The hotel met all of my wife and my needs. Sleeping at the end of the day is what we have time to do on vacation. The rest of the time we are running like nuts.

Great location. Got code for entry and never saw an employee with which I was fine. Walls are thin so can hear neighboring rooms if you know what I mean. Room was clean with appropriate amenities.

Loft style was very nice. Basic accomidations but had everything we needed. Breakfast was great - with many healthy options. Good shower. Nice big windows that opened to let in fresh air.

Mostly okay, clean rooms. The desk clerk was nice but there was one woman who worked there who was very rude to me because my rooms door slammed on its own. Was not a very nice welcome to Vienna

Staff was very helpful when available . We opted not to have breakfast for 12 euros which seemed high for the offering. Said we could have coffee, but it was cold or not available. .

I was not lucky
On arrival I could not get in to hotel because reception closes at 2pm. They send a door code by email which was not working. Spent 40 outside doors until I sorted with new code. Management behind emails could not even apologise for this misunderstanding. I could not sleep properly for all 3 nights. From outside I could hear loud voices of drunk people until very late at night. From 7am hotel starts preparing breakfast and I could not avoided hearing kitchen sounds. My door was right outside the breakfast area. To top this up outside in the morning they have some constructions going on which makes impossible to sleep. Could not close the due to hot weather. There was no aircon. Breakfast was limited. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, liked the towels. And receptionists were nice.

Rooms are spacious but a bit worn down. Towels are very old and toiletries are very basic - I'd take my own. Service is a mess. The receptionist is never there and when she is she is very rude. I'd find something else... Shouldn't be very difficult to find much better.

1st Hotel in the world with zero staff. Staffs are from 7am to 3-4pm. I reached at property but 7.30pm, no one was there to open the door, no one was picking call. I could communicate with hotel person after 45 minutes, and she told the code to open the gate. It was freezing temperature outside Room was very small, size of the bad was less than 3 feet, blanket was very small too. Toilet was so small that it was difficult to enter. Breakfast was ok but no omlett, no hot milk. 1st day on special request they gave, 2nd day not. 3 Star rating for a small guest house type of hotel is shocking to me. I have started doubting Expedia too!

Overpriced for a bydget hotel
Not what I expected ! This is a no decor, basic place, which I did not feel was explained on the profile beforehand. I tried to check in at 2.15 pm in the Sunday afternoon, and there was no desk clerk at that time--they shutdown at 2. Until the following morning---that was not foretold. . I finally phoned and was given a code to enter. The hotel.is clean and decent, but sterile. Good location. But the room price is much too high for what is basically a private dorm room.
