“Perfect for us”
This hotel is in a good location. It was only 7 euro for a taxi from the train station. It was charming in a classic Vienna style. Our room was 2 floors; which we thought was really neat. The skylight in the 2nd floor bedrrom was delightful. Our room faced a small courtyard filled with hygrengea & other greenery. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. My 2 complaints are = #1, no cozy lobby to relax in; only cafe tables and #2, no restaurant in the hotel...only breakfast til 10:30. This was our 1st trip to Vienna, so I really can't fully comment on the neighborhood. We would stay there again.

“Location to Imperial Museums”
Location, location, location - if your interested in staying in the Imperial area that hosts many great museums. Vienna has great metro (subway) system to get around the city. Very clean orderly city, albeit expensive. We enjoyed our stay here at the Hotel very much.
“Great location”
Nice and clean. Ask for the rooms in the back, they are absolutely quiet. Easy reach of most of the sights. Decently priced.
“Extremeley impressed,”
We cannot recommend this hotel enough, very friendly, the receptionists were so helpful. Nice area, theatres near by, places to eat, bars to drink and easy access to all transport. Such a change to stay in a hotel where you feel welcome and not the impersonal feeling of the large chains of hotels. Our room had a small kitchen and we bought our breakfasts locally and enjoyed sitting in the room having breakfast, felt more intimate not to mention less costly. We would certainly stay here again.
“Un séjour merveilleux”
Hôtel très bien situé près du centre de Vienne, très propre. Chambre très grande sur deux niveaux. Une petite cuisine, un salon sur un étage, la chambre et la salle de bain sur un autre (duplex). Pour un prix très raisonnable (4 étoiles au même prix on a difficilement un deux étoiles en France).

“Comfortable & convenient”
Very well placed hotel just off Ring and walkable to centre. Tram 2 stops just up road. Surprisingly quiet with inner courtyard. Very handy mini-suite with small kitchenette fitted with a couple of electric rings and with most implements you need. Little work space though. Bedroom adequate and bathroom fittings, if a bit dated, clean and fine. We used Supermarket down road to make our own breakfast & lunch. 2 nice restaurants round corner, especially Altes Backhaus, which does a very reasonable lunch menu. A very enjoyable stay.
“Will use the next time I visit Vienna”
We stayed in the double room. It is an extremely charming hotel. It was nice to stay somewhere other than an american chain. It's not in the first district which makes it cheaper, but it is within easy walking distance to the subway and a street car stop and one stop later you're in the city center. The mattresses were on the hard side, pillows were foam, but definitely sleepable. Plenty of closet space, as well as a personal safe. The was also an umbrella in there room. The bathroom is very nice, however the hair dryer gives about the same amount of power as someone blowing. Tub is kind of narrow. They also don't provide shampoo or conditioner, just a all-purpose body/hair wash. The room had a fridge and kitchen sink, as well as a stovetop (no dishes though), the fridge made it convenient for just having a bowl of cereal in the morning. Wish it had wireless internet, but 1 euro per hour is less than internet cafes. The crew is definitely kind and helpful. One was very courteous is helping us print off our boarding passes and contacting the airline (thereis a room with a computer for printing stuff off). Another was helpful in getting us checked out and in a cab at 4 in the morning. Another gave us suggestions for restaurants.
