I stay in the Arcadia every time I travel to Vienna for business, which is very often, and I've never had a problem. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, and every room I've stayed in has been comfortable. Highly recommend.

No airport shuttle
Although this hotel advertises a shuttle from the airport, none is available. They tell you to take a cab. The write up should be changed on Hotels.com as the advertised shuttle was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Everything was fine except for taxi take me to the airport. I asked for taxi a day before and the reception told me 45 euro but the taxi driver which wasn't friendly and polite and he asked me for additional fee.....be careful with some people like him

Not sure how this is considered a premium BW hotel. It's in a rougher part of town where you can clearly see a number of brothels on the same block. The staff is not friendly and in one case didn't speak English so they made us wait until their colleague came back from her smoke break (we could see her standing at the front entrance). The walls are so thin that you can hear everything. The hallways had a smell of sewage with some floors being worse than others. The rooms are extremely tiny and dusty. Even with daily cleaning, they didn't wipe down the dust on the black glass night tables. Definitely not worth the price. Better to stay elsewhere.

Some upgrading of bits in rooms. E.g. hole in ceiling where work had been started. Drinks price list in room for what you could buy at bar downstairs. Charged us the price of a 500 bottle and only received 330. Told that was the price

Very nice. My room was so called a quiet place. It had two windows, but I couldn't see outside at all. I could see only other rooms' windows and the walls of the hotel. I realized why the room was a quiet place. haha.

The bathroom shower door was not sealed. Consequently, the showering water flowed underneath the shower door and onto the floor. We used our clean towels to mop it up, and had to request more clean towels to dry ourselves. We rented from this hotel for the air conditioning, which did not work well, and which we could not control from our room. The desk person controlled it centrally.

Be aware Scam with the room
The room advertised as "twin room" is a single room. It is not a one-off mistake (it can happen), they know about this. Indeed the lady at the reception said to me "all the customers complain about it". Their refused to change the room for me, they offered to do that only after 1-hour call with hotel.com. But was late in the evening on the second night. They did not even offer to compensate for the price difference. Too little and too late for something that is not a mistake but a habit (selling a single room for twin) that is going on for a long time.

The property is in good location. The requirement to book parking in advance was not stated during reservation. Short term parking for 2 hours on the road, as stated by the staff is not correct information - parking is not allowed on that road until 10 PM.

Nicely located clean hotel.
The stay was nice. The hotel is located in a pretty quiet area very close to the must visit Prater Amusement area. There are a lot of local restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The Zentrum is a few minutes train ride away. The rooms are carefully cleaned every day. Very well maintained hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous and worth every penny. The front desk staff were informative and helpful.

Clean and quiet hotel, friendly polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast good selection. Easy walking access to local train/bus/tram station and close to route of Big Bus Tours,or if wanted to walk into city centre only 30 mins away. Some good restaurants close by.

Small hotel in a Turkish part of Vienna, close to Hash shops. I had a small room with shower. Airconditioner didn't work. Chair broke. But clean and friendly.Breakfast was good and adequate. Cheap.

Very friendly staff slightly marred by tired furnishings. Kettle and remote did not work but replaced swiftly by staff. Included breakfast was always fresh and dining room staff was friendly and attentive. Well located for metro and Austrian Centre

As a single female I arrived at 9.30 to be told the car park was the other side of the park. I was not going to walk back alone. You can park on the street if there is a space but you will need a ticket from us and you need to give me a 50euro deposit 1st. Here is the key to your room, it doesn't work try this one ok it doesn't work I will give you master key?? Worst check in ever

Free breakfast, near Big Bus stop #8. Noisy, you can hear next door showering. Breakfast starts 6:30 & all my tour pick up was 6:45. No time to eat. The worst part- a SPIDER was dangling in the drapes on xmas day. I killed it & reported to front desk. When I return, the SPIDER still there. The room key slot is broken. Dusty under bed.

The hotel itself was lovely, rooms nice size and very clean. The breakfast was also very good a wide variety. Reception staff helpful. The only downside was the location, even though it was only a five minute walk to the tube, and a short journey to the city. Location was not good, it was in the backstreets and you felt uneasy walking back at night., it was remote and not many amenities at all. I believe it’s a red light district too,,,,!! I loved the hotel but not location.
