“The hotel was great but...”
The hotel was great but situated further than we expected from the Centre. We had to take the tram and the underground to go to the Cathedral area. Although the hotel was clean, the service was good and the beds were extremelly comfortable, we were bored in no time there... The hotel is situated next to the Congress Center and is mainly frequented by businessmen. The bar was really boring with big bright lights and no music whatsoever. Not necessarily interesting if you're stuck there because of the weather.
“Better than most 4 stars”
I was attending a conference at the conference centre immediately next door so this hotel was ideal for me. It is ideally located for the famous amusement park and although outside the town centre, it is only 2 minutes to the underground station and the network in Vienna is great. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, with plenty of space to work in as well as lounge around. There is also a little bar next to reception. Given that it is out of the town centre it was nice and peaceful at night so there were no disruptions at all. Be aware that they don't do food at any time other than breakfast, but that isn't an issue as it forces you to get out to see vienna. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

“Good clean and quiet hotel”
A good hotel if you are looking for something not too expensive and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also close to the subway.
“great price, easy access”
hotel is great considering the price and the easy location. hotel is near to the u-bahn station "messe-prater" and also a construction area which is quite disturbing. I suggest to take tram 1 and walk to the hotel in the park for the sightseeing. but do it before evening because lots of hookers are waiting around at night.
“Convenient Location, value for money”
Nice and clean no frills hotel, in a very convenient location about 5 mins walk from the U2 metro (Prater) line. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very practical. Good value for the cheap price of the rooms.
“the hotel is going down.....”
the reception is very dirty, full of prostitutes. the staff from reception is not friendly and in a very big hurry. the rooms are ok, clean. i am staying in this hotel since 4 years. from year to year is becoming more worst. i am sorry to say that, but that's it. This hotel looks more like a brothel.
“Too out of the way”
This hotel was one of the few with rooms available on New Years Eve in Vienna, so we booked it. It's really out of the way; too far from local tranportation (U-bahn). Taxis are very expensive in Vienna, so the overall price was high. Skip this one if you can find something closer to town, especially considering the taxi fares you'll spend.
