“Extremely affordable, great location and very comfortable!”
We stayed in one of the executive rooms at a discounted rate for our trip and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the room, the location, and the overall design. The room was very modern and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that we tried to stay an extra night and they were completely booked out!
“good overall”
Good hotel, good location. Only problem was inability of staff to help control the A/C unit which seemed to have a mind of its own. Hotel staff should know how to operate their own systems.
“Just what we wanted”
The location is convenient to an underground stop you are one stop from Westbahnhof Train Station and with one change you are in the city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price of the room was fair. This is not a 5 star bells and whistles hotel, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. No internet in the room, the description is a little misleading about that (IMO). The breakfast is good but was not included in the price of our room. There was some noise from the street, but it didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here again, this hotel, for the price, is exactly what we wanted, somewhere to eat breakfast and a place to sleep and clean up each day before taking in one of the greatest cities in the world. If you are looking for value this very well could be your place.
“Clean hotel in good location (next to stadium)”
Spent one night in this hotel since I went to a concert in the nearby stadium (a two minute walk). Also a minute aways is a large mall, "Lugner City". And the underground train station is also a minute away. Rooms were clean. Free internet at reception. Service were good. I had trouble operating the safe and someone immediately came to help me. Also, I had the concert tickets mailed to the hotel and they were waiting for me when I checked in, I didn't even have to ask.
“Great place to stay”
- close to metro station, easy access to travel around - free internet in the lobby was a big bonus! - very clean room - we were able to check in early which was fantastic
“Great Hotel with Good Access”
Although a little hard to find when we first arrived, this was a great hotel. Comfortable for European hotels, easy access to bus and underground to city center and airport. If you want to avoid the expensive breakfast, the coffee cafe across the street is quaint and inexpensive.
“Very helpful staff and good location”
Hotel was clean and a good value for the money. The staff was very helpful too. We had a triple room and it was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near a huge shopping mall and only a 2 minute walk to a subway station. I would stay here on my next visit to Vienna.
“Good standard hotel”
All fine, though lacking 'character' of more typical, older accommodation. Safe and cheap parking in local shopping-centre car-park.
“Good price, location in Vienna”
Very convenient to Westbahnhof (U3) for connection to center of town or CAT, just up one stop on U6 or could walk. Got the 24 hr transport ticket. EUR 33 for taxi to airport, 20-30 min, was reasonable instead of CAT with luggage. Nice room in annex, only thing missing was TV remote, but for one night in VNN, who cares. Atlantis fit the bill, price, location. Declined the breakfast card and they did explain cost was EUR 13 not included. No problems with that. They even helped us check-in online for our flights at front desk gratis, which was very nice. No problems with luggage room, although it was in main hotel and we were in annex. Annex is half block down street from reception - uses key cards for 2nd and 3rd floor of another office building, enter next to a parking lot, but very nice and secure. Overall, very satisfied, wish I could have stayed in Vienna longer! Good location, good price via Expedia.
“i will stay here again and again....”
This is a great hotel at a great price. The room was clean, quiet and had plenty of space for the two of us. The front desk staff were quite pleasant and helped with directions to various venues. The only downside was the expense of the breakfast but there are several shops close by where you can purchase coffee and breakfast items.
