“Queen Victoria would have been proud.”
Most comfortable, quiet and clean and in a convenient location for walking in downtown Victoria.. Excellent value. All the staff were very friendly and courteous.
“Excellent Customer Service”
Queen Victoria was very accomodating, even when we missed our ferry. The rooms, bathroom, pool, and sauna were clean. The hotel is walking distance to all the main attractions of the Inner Harbour.
“Will book there again”
Very close to where I wanted to be and walking distance to everything downtown.
“Great location for sight-seeing and across the street from the bus depot”
It was a great location for all the sight-seeing downtown but also walking distance to Cook Street Village, which has a lot of cools eateries.
“Great Spot in Victoria”
We were so pleased to have bike parking for our bikes and a clean beautiful room with a view. The pool and the jacuzzi were great too.
“Good Hotel for Downtown Visitors”
Plenty of space in the one bedroom suite for my husband and I with our 3 kids for a week. The pool was lovely and clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant is over priced, but the food is good. Great location, waterfront is one block away and all the downtown sights, shopping and dining are only minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
“Comfortable hotel in good location”
Stayed at this hotel with spouse and two teenage children. Position of hotel was good - very close to the Museum and also to the Wharf area and nearby shops and restaurants. Room wasn't fancy, but was comfortable and clean and featured two queen sized beds. It is also possible to pay an additional fee each day to have a self contained kitchen unlocked in the room. Parking rate was reasonable. My spouse used the gym, but none of us used the pool nor the restaurant.
“Impressed”
Nicely located, walking distance from downtown. The room are well designed and comfortable. 200 yards from bus stop that can take you anywhere in Victoria from downtown to airport or ferries or any of the attraction that the city has to offer. Very convenient free Internet in room. Great value.
“Great Location, Quality and Price.”
This hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and is in great shape. It is on the edge of downtown Victoria, close to the harbour and most areas of interest but is quiet. A terrific restaurant (Samuels), exercise room, pool and great staff make this a well-priced option in the Victoria hotel scene.
“Great Central location”
This hotel is clean, quiet, and in the centre of downtown. The only knock I have is that the suite did not have Air conditioning and it was extremely hot(West Facing) I will stay again though.
