“Good bargain in Victoria, minus the pool...”

Everything was nice, except, the pool was closed for maintenance. Needless to say, my kids were bummed. Oh well....

“Okay with the price, location and facilities”

The location is just minutes from downtown. My kids love the swimming pool. And I got use the spa after a long drive and ferry ride. Overall, no complain with the price paid.

“Met expectation”

The hotel's location is convenient and there are plenty of parking spots that hotel offers. The service is good and overall comfort meets expectation.

“Effort Appreciated but Amenities Lacking”

The hotel staff was just great and everyone went out of their way to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, I didn't get a wink of sleep because the room's air conditioner was of such poor quality that it literally made the entire wall shake (and thus emitted a rather incredible noise).

“economical and convenient”

We absolutely would go back to this hotel. We had a suite with full kitchen for a week, and it was nice to be able to have a quiet breakfast, or a light lunch before we began our driving tours of the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even though our room was over the bar, we heard very little noise. All in all, it was a good experience.

“Happy”

Nice room, very comfortable, easy to get use to. Overall I really liked it. I thought at first it was a little out of the way, but it was easy to get downtown and to everywhere else I had to go. Yes, I am sure I will be back there next time.

“good value for the money”

This hotel is dated but it was clean and staff were friendly. The location was great and it was easy to get downtown and to the airport. Watch the pool -- it was dirty!

“Clean and cheap”

This clean and cheap hotel, situated few minutes from downtown is well located: we were able to walk from the hotel to the parliament building: it's a 30 minutes walk! We have rented a room with a kitchen, and the space was huge enough for us. So we recommand warmly this hotel in Victoria.
