“Great location on Victoria”

The hotel is literally across the street from the ferry from Port Angeles which means that a car is not necessary while in Victoria. All popular sites of Victoria are nearby with the exception of Butchart Gardens. Very friendly staff, excellent accomodations, excellent pool and exercise room. My children and wife loved the hotel and we would stay there again. Our room had an excellent view of the harbour and the beds were excellent.

“First class hotel”

Everything is great about this hotel. Only one thing: It gets a bit pricy during Summer season. The work out area, swimming pool, etc. of this hotel is second to none. I will not stay anywhere else except this hotel when I visit Victoria BC for a quick weekend getaway.

“One fo Victoria's Finest”

The decor and service at the hotel is excellent. The workout facility is top quality with several weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. They even have a basket of fresh apples so you can have one when you finish your workout. Would recommend this hotel for the great service, fine decor and great location which is close to all downtown Victoria sites.

the hotel was very immaculate.the staff was very helpfull and friendly. Our girls really enjoyed the hotel. its near to everything in downtown Victoria. My wife and I and the girl had a great time. we really recommend this hotel

“Great Location”

Convenient location right on the harbor, next to Parliament and one block from the Royal BC Museum and The Empress; ferry to Port Angeles right across the street. Pleasant staff and helpful conceirge. Parking is easy and secure, pool and health club is convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, room service (late night ice cream!) was prompt.

“Outstanding”

Our suite had a fantastic bed. It was the best hotel matress I've ever slept on. We didn't require much in the way of service from the hotel, but the staff was very good in our interactions with them.

“Great location ... great hotel”

The Hotel Grand Pacific was everything we were hoping it would be -- classy, relaxing, and convenient. The hotel is located right on Victoria's inner harbor. It is literally right across the street from the Coho & Clipper terminals. It is a short 5 minute walk from all of the exciting Government Street attractions. It's location directly next to the Parliament building makes it look quite stunning from across the harbor. We had a harbor view room and each room comes with a small balcony with two chairs. I spent many hours relaxing in one of those chairs watching all the activity in the harbor and reading. The rooms were modern and quite comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional and the general appearance of the hotel was top notch. We had great experiences each morning at breakfast and the valet / bell staff were the best. We will definitely be coming back to the Hotel Grand Pacific.

“Nice hotel”

Hotel was very nice, well kept and clean. Furniture was ordinary hotel furniture, but bed and linens were great. Concierges were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not only about Victoria, but about other areas we were travelling to as well. Location was good -- walking distance to just about everything -- but not in the thick of things. Excellent fitness room. Very comfortable hotel.

“Second stay just as good as the first”

This was our second stay at the Hotel Grand Pacific and everything was great once again! The best part of our stay this time was the air conditioning! There was a heat wave in Victoria the weekend we were there (94 degrees!) and we found out that most hotels there do not have a/c. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accomodating and we had a great breakfast in the hotel restaurant also.

The hotel is nice and the location fabulous, with great views of the harbor.
