All guestrooms and public areas use compact fluorescent bulbs for lighting. Guestrooms feature an integrated heating/cooling system with sensors that adjust when the room is not occupied to reduce energy waste. Recycling containers are provided in all rooms for paper and plastics.

Dining
Blue Crab Bar & Grill - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in this multi-level restaurant overlooking the harbor. Casually elegant, the Blue Crab specializes in fresh seafood served with local ingredients. Signature entrées include oven-roasted local halibut served with Riesling-infused jasmine rice and Provençal sauce, and flame-grilled beef tenderloin. Daily feature boards offer seasonal seafood dishes and accompaniments. The restaurant has an extensive wine list. Light meals are offered in a separate lounge, also overlooking the harbor, where English-style fish and chips are a specialty.
Recreation
Recreational opportunities abound at the Coast Harbourside where guests can swim in an 80-foot indoor/outdoor atrium pool overlooking the harbor. Guests also enjoy a spa tub and sauna as well as a fitness center with a strength-training machine, free weights, stairclimber, two exercise bikes, and a treadmill.
Coast Harbourside Hotel & Victoria has its own 42-slip marina, and whale-watching tours are available from Marine Adventure Tours, located on-site. Scuba enthusiasts enjoy diving Ogden Point, a half-mile away. A boardwalk running along the waterfront is suitable for walking, running, in-line skating, and cycling. Running maps are available from hotel staff.

“Good Location”
They are at a good location to walk down town or take a water taxi, big bus or drive your own car. We had a great time in Vitoria at the Harbor Coast Hotel. The only thing we were not that impressed with was the in Hotel fancy restaurant. The service was good, food was just ok, but the desserts were not that great!! You know that a fancy dinner out is always about the wonderful desserts at the end and they did not have that.The hotel itself was wonderful.

“A great getaway experience”
We have stayed at Coast Victoria Harbourside many times and even enjoyed several days over Christmas this past year and have always enjoyed our stay. It is so nicely situated overlooking the activity of the harbour and walking distance to everything. The dining room has an pleasant ambiance and the food is great. Staff are freindly and accommodating and we always head home to the Gulf Islands feeling relaxed. We look forward to another visit very soon.......residents of Salt Spring Island
“lovely hotel with great views”
We stayed in a Harbour view room (definately recommended)the sea planes did not bother us at all, we found it very quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for downtown and fishermans wharf, which are within easy walking distance from Hotel.Also very near the car ferry to go into Seattle USA, we used this ferry and it was a great extra trip.

My baby and I arrived on our own at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly,and accommodating. The location is very central, walking distance to downtown, so park your car and enjoy Victoria on foot!
