“Very nice hotel, great location”
This hotel is just one block back from the inner harbour with a beautiful view over a small park to the water. The room was spacious with a balcony and kitchenette. They provide free parking for guests with an easy access elevator to the rooms. When we go back to Victoria we will definitely stay there again.
“Good Hotel”
Very comfortable hotel - perhaps a bar would have helped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just far enough away from the Harbour area to ensure a good night's sleep.
“Best hotel ever”
My wife and I spent the night last weekend at this hotel and were extremely impressed. Nice size room with a gorgeous view of the water and in a great location downtown. The next morning we had a much better breakfast than we expected. The staff were very helpful and polite which was also a plus. We look forward to going back.
“Great hotel in Victoria”
Stayed at the Best Western Inner Harbour for 3 nights in July 2007. What a great place with a good location. Hotel is 2 blocks from the main inner harbour, parliament buildings and 3 blocks from the museum. Arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage until check-in later in teh afternoon. Upon check in we were upgraded by the wonderful reception lady, without asking. Our room had a kitchenette and was spotless. hotel provided a nice selection at the continental breakfast including fruit, cereal, toasted breads and baking. Will definitely stay there again!
“Pleasant Experience”
The hotel was very clean. Staff extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the size of the room and that there was also a kitchen.
“Best Western is Best Value”
The breakfast didn't have any meat -- and since we were going hiking it would have been nice to have something more substantial. That said, I can get food anywhere -- this was the least of my worries. The staff was all very helpful, the room was clean, the balcony was clean with a nice view. There were no plates in the kitchenette and it was a little understocked, but we never did ask the staff to correct the issue. The bathroom had a nice heater too which was great. Location was exceedingly close to the Clipper terminal, the visitor center, and the Empress.
“Great location, great staff”
When I went up to the front desk to register, the staff member had already read my licence plate number of our rental vehicle, couldn't believe how efficent he was. He then offered an upgrade to the room for free with a view of the harbor. Wonderful clean rooms, with an equipped little kitchen. Free parking and a wonderful hot complementary breakfast goes with the room. Location of the hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful park in front.
“Victoria getaway”
Room was very clean , kitchenette handy , view great , location great & close to all our needs.
