“Stay here, but not in Room 201 or 203.”

Overall, nice hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location. My only complaint was the location of my room - #203. Noise level from lobby is high....good thing i was very tired and was able to fall asleep. Did wake up to the sound of the vacuum being run in the morning between 5:30-6:00 a.m. Would recommend that staff use a headset for the phone and turn down the volume on the ringer if they are going to use the 2 rooms at the top of the stairs overlooking the lobby.

“Will stay at again”

This was our second stay at this hotel, both stays have been pleasant. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very clean and quiet. They offer a great complimentary breakfast that is much more than just coffee and pastries. We will definitely stay here again.

“Tiny pool, but staff was very nice.”

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly..offered to make popcorn for the kids etc. The pool is very small and was warmer than the hot tub because its in the sun all day. Probably a comfort in any other months except for summer like when we were there.

“Disappointed....”

We booked this hotel based on the fact that they had a pool and hot tub when another comparable local hotel had just a pool. Upon arrival, the pool would have still been open that evening except for the fact that the pool and hot tub were not working. No offer was made for a discount for the inconvenience. The kids had been cooped up in the car all day and they were looking forward to using the pool. Another major concern was the bathtub. The bottom of the tub was VERY slippery and my son slipped and fell in the tub. Thankfully, he was not hurt! This could be very dangerous and should be considered, especially if you have any knee, ankle or leg injuries!!! Also, hotel employees were sitting out front on the bench smoking right outside the entrance. They should have been in an employee smoking area, maybe out behind the hotel instead of out front where they could be seen by guests.
