Checked in about 11 p.m. only to discover that there wasn't the 1st wash cloth available for us. Went to the front desk and they didn't have any either; gave me a bath mat to use for a wash cloth. Had it taken care of the next day. Perhaps the use of a checklist would help.

Great place to stay if you don’t want breakfast included in the price of your room. For what the rooms cost breakfast should be included. $12.00 for ‘special cooked eggs’ is really steep.

River City Treasure
Vicksburg is a small city. The Courtyard provided a stay experience you would expect in a big, business city. Excellent, spacious facilities. Very neat and clean. A well trained staff but one that still retained the flavor and culture of the area. Would highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at this property and always enjoyed every stay. This particular stay, I had to put my own pillow cases on my pillows in my room and I didn’t even have a shower curtain in the bathroom which means water was constantly getting on the floor and I had to pick it up. I was just dissatisfied

There are better options. Need coffee??
Very pretty property, seemed secure and safe, I enjoyed the room (not dirty bathroom) and facilities. Housekeeping is not up to standard. The bathroom had mud streaks and hair on the floor and tub. This property also does not offer complementary water or prepared coffee. You must have your own water or purchase expensive bottled water to make coffee. No complimentary refreshments upon check-in or in the morning. The staff seemed to be intent on doing their job when time allowed, but made no efforts to be friendly or helpful to guests. For the price, there are better options readily available.

Very disappointed for the first time in Mariott
We arrived at 9:00 pm and when I went into the bathroom the toilet paper was almost gone and there was a used soap bar. Called the front desk and they were far from helpful with no apologies.

If you are looking for a complete meal, you may need to go off the premises, but there is fabulous chinese buffet close by and mexican restaurant not far away. Our stay at the Hotel was wonderful. All staff very nice. Facilities and rooms immaculate. Thank you.

The property was in great condition. I enjoyed the stay Unfortunately, the Bistro was understaffed. Those employees were not given the opportunity to properly perform their jobs

Okay place to sleep
Check in was okay. Room had garbage can and dryer bag on sink and actual dryer on the floor in bathroom. Bed looked like they started to make up and was untucked. We decided the sheets were clean but the cleaning was rushed or distracted. Upon departure the restaurant was unlit and ladies were not ready for service about 15-30 mins after they should have been open. People were starting to stack to order just coffee. Overall it was OKAY, but the follow up and details that make a place good were lacking.
