Every worker was rude. They’re sketchy and creep in your windows of your rooms. Never answer the phone. I called for 30 mins.

It was a very basic room, but all the necessities were there. My only real complaint is that breakfast was pretty much cold whatever you got, except, of course, for the waffles, which is always much appreciated. Even the coffee was only lukewarm.

The room was obviously not cleaned. Food in the microwave, used soap in the bathtub, soap around the sink, needed to be vacuumed and I doubt the sheets were clean. I was very disappointed.

It was an ok hotel. But the lady working the desk was rude. When I got there it was raining and freezing and before me there was an angry customer, which I get he aggravated you but she looked right at me when he walked off the slammed the blinds down. I waited a few thinking maybe she had to go do something but no. I was standing there for no reason when she saw me there. Then I reserved smoking room, was given non smoking. When we got to the room it took us forever to figure out how to get the TV working (ended up having to reset everything). It would have been better if I didn't have to stand out n the cold rain because the woman was mad at the customer before. Cuz everything else after that was just making me and my kids more irritated.

Upon check in the front desk lady was on her cell phone the entire time. The room was clean except the curtains they had stains that looked like blood and there was a dirty tissue in the ice bucket The other ppl staying where slamming doors and very rude talking loud outside our door/window. The beds where so so on comfort they are full size so not very big for two adult or a kid and an adult.

I really was surprised at how quiet it was at night. The staff was so very pleasant and helpful. The dining room was cleaned and the food was awesome. The room and beds were very clean.

I had a great stay. My kwy card didnt work at first but the front desk lady was SUPER nice and friendly. She helped get the problem fixed. The room was very nice, and good water pressure!

Meh. I’m used to Quality Inns being a decent budget priced option for a night in the Midwest. Guess that’s not so in Mississippi. There wasn’t much decent about this place. The tub faucet has a constant stream of water, the tub is gross and damaged. The provided shampoo had half of it gone, the lotion clearly used, too. The tv clicker was filthy, the desk chair peeling. There was a random coke in the freezer. The seal on the door is in poor shape, you can see light. Breakfast was meh, eggs and sausage were cold. Hot water was lukewarm. The breakfast attendant, however, was very nice. But, there is nothing polished or professional about the employees here, which is something, I guess, I’m just used to… and something that feels a bit more comforting when sleeping in a hotel… There are probably better priced and better quality places in Vicksburg.

The woman was talking on the phone on a personal call. She took forever in finishing the call before helping. After the call she was short and rude. Also, breakfast was not open at the openning time. There was no one in the office when we tried to leave. Very disappointed

Highly recommended
Stayed with my children driving through. It was affordable, quiet, clean, check in took about 5 minutes which was great after a long drive. Unfortunately, there was only a waffle maker for a hot breakfast when we went to get breakfast at 730am so we got breakfast on the road. Overall, great experience and booked our room for 11/25 when we drive back through!

Staff was very friendly when we checked in very late at night. When we entered our room, it had a horrible smell. We found mold all over the photo hanging on the wall. Luckily the beds appeared clean but did not smell the greatest. We will not be staying here again.
