“étape confortable”

Hôtel confortable, propre et agréable. Il est bien situé pour visiter Vicenza mais domage qu'il donne directement sur la route: les environs direct manquent de charme et d'interet Une piscine aurait été un plus. Ainsi, c'est l'endroit parfait pour faire une halte mais nous n'y aurions pas passé 2 semaines.

“excellent value”

The hotel was in excellent condition. It had nice amenities and was comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Not as close to Palladian estates as hoped, but one train stop and taxi enabled us to see the sites.

“Glad to go back”

A very good hotel, the service was good and staff were mostly helpful and professional. Being there in the hot month of August a swimming pool would have been ideal. Having a car is essential to get to get around and to the city centre.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Friendly bar staff, free snacks every evening. Free shuttle bus to Trade Fair.

“Was disappointed”

When we arrived at our hotel after touring Venice and Murano in the heat all day we were disappointed that our room reservations were messed up- we had reserved 2 triple rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 double. To make it more frustrating the hotel clerk was insisting that it was my mistake even when I showed her the confirmed email the hotel had sent me (luckily I had it one me because it I didn't I would not be able to prove it). It was only when she referred us to her superior that he admitted that it was the hotel's oversight but were unable to give us the 2 triple rooms but instead a double with a king size bed so three people had to sleep in this king size bed. We were not given any discount and it was too late to go somewhere else. Unacceptable!
