A surcharge is required for the use of the Saunas-Thermarium area and in the fully equipped beauty area are available a wide range of massage and beauty treatments (on reservation and on payment). “wonderful hotel”
Restaurant was excellent, rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, bed comfortable, breakfast generous, staff friendly, easy to find, convenient for Verona Airport and Lake Garda, not far from Verona centre. All round, a great place
“stay close to Verona”
very nice hotel in the valpolicella region. Every room is different then the next one. good breakfast buffet. good spa center although you need to pay to get a towel and must have a head cap to swim in the pool (they will gladly sell you one!!)

5 jours dans cet hotel, excellent rapport qualité prix, possibilité de manger le midi au bar de la piscine à un prix trés raisonnable, qualité des soins dispensés au spa, chambre trés spacieuse, l'ancienne villa est pleine de charme et les nouvelles installations sont de qualité, proximité de Verone et lac de Garde...je recommande !
“Fabulous Weekend”
A beautiful hotel for a romantic weekend. September was a perfect time, just at the end of season. The wine and food were also fabulous and on-site restaurant highly recommended.

“Good hotel, shame about the location!”
Attractive hotel with excellent facilities. The pictures on the web site give a true impression of its grandeur. The food in the main restaurant was wonderful - the risotto was stunning - in fact, everything we ate there was superb and service was pitched "just right". The breakfast was self service, available over several hours, with a range of foods to suit all preferences - the juice let the side down a little! The rooms were kept very clean and attractively decorated. The bathroom was well appointed and spacious. The staff in the hotel were all pleasant, helpful and approachable. The only downside to this hotel is its position. It is not near the lake or Verona. There are very few local amenities - you will need a car if you stay here. We could not find any restaurants within walking distance that were open in the evening - apart from the one in the hotel that is!
“Nice accommodations”
We only stayed 1 night and found the accommodations nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is out in the countryside, about 10 miles from Verona (which was our choice. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was a most enjoyable dining experience. Our waiter was the best! He was very pleasant and engaging and went out of his way to please us (and entertain us). The food was excellent...the service was even better!
“Charming Hotel!”
We loved the gardens, private access to the beach and the available parking. Thankfully it was not too warm since the room did not have any air conditioning. The room was just OK and the bed was fairly hard and the furnishings were well used. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was a plus. The restaurant was excellent and the food we had was superb. This was the only hotel on our trip that did not include breakfast. Overall the experience was good but not great.

typically italian as in not overly organised with no specific details for use of gym, swimming pool etc. very much down to guests to investigate and do the research. majority of staff do not speak any english which ok if you speak german or a little italian (thankfully)
