“Very good location”
The hotel is very conveniently located for the arena if you are visiting for the opera. Although the room was small it was air conditioned and comfortable and quiet. Very good buffet breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff. This is my second stay and would certainly stay again.
“Great place to stay”
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, central but also quiet location, and huge breakfast buffet! Plus a fantastic restaurant round the corner for a pizza or pasta...la bracere.

“One of Verona's Best”
Stayed at the BW Capuleti just a few weeks ago. Everything was excellent, price, friendly staff, etc etc. However: as previous reviews have said, just know how small your room will be. I'm talking real small. Like, open the door to your room and theres the bed, right there. Other than that, air conditioning didn't work, apparently the front desk has to 'turn' it on for it to work, which they did and it worked fine, but it was very noisy and rattling at times. Excellent location, about a five minute walk to the Arena, and probably fifteen minutes to Juliet's house. Great breakfast in the morning, and delicious candies at the front desk. Not sure what they are, but they were good.
“Brilliant”
My mum and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Nice rooms, great choice for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved it! The only let down is the fact that the hotel is located on a busy road and as soon as the morning traffic starts it gets a bit noisy. Other than that, absolutely brilliant!
“Hotel De Capuleti”
This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioning helped to cool the room and having access to the BBC World Service and CNN was good. The hotel was located in a street within walking distance of the arena and main piazza. the staf very helpful and friendly. the continental breakfast was very good and included bacon and eggs as well as fruit, cake, cheese and ham. The only real quibble was the room was a little on the small size and because of the hot weather the air conditioning could not cope with the demands made on it. However the hotel was easy to get to even from the bus and train station and was quiet.
“Nice hotel, beautiful town”
This was not a cheap hotel but its positio in Verona is excellent - five minutes' walk from the main piazza and Arena. Car parking was a problem though - we had a van which we had to leave on limited parking in the street. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in any Italian hotel. The room was spacious (by UK though perhaps not by US standards) and comfortable. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, right down to providing directions when we got lost. We came to see REM and went away wanting to see lots more of Verona. We would certainly return to this hotel.

Everyting was OK except the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that it was hard to take a shower

A short taxi ride from the airport this hotel was very well located in the old part of the city. Easy walking distance to the Arena, shopping, piazzas etc. Twin bedded room however was extremely small though facilities were adequate and good selection buffet breakfast was provided as was free internet access. Disappointingly the bar appeared to be closed in the evenings.
