“Interesting Place....”

Arrived to the room it smelled like mildew, AC was not working, 3 rooms later the ac worked. There are lots of interesting people as residents. Needs lots remodeling, not worth the price.

“Overall Disappointing”

The impression was that maintenance was being deferred until after the hotel ownership change. Rooms could have used a coat of paint, but were clean. I had tiny ants on the walls the first day I checked in. The shower curtain had some gunk all over it - really didn't want to know what it was. I could park close to my room, which was good because there were unusual people wandering around. Lots of noise at odd hours of the evening as some groups were obviously having a good time. There was a nice grassy area near the pool for my dogs to walk in, but I was disappointed to find that there were quite a few chicken bones in the grass.
