“great for quiet stay”

Hotel is in a quiet location off main routes, yet only 10 mins from water-ferries at S.M. Elisabetta. It is very clean and well run. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.

“Will definitely stay here again”

A very good hotel for the price, i was surprised it wasn't classed as a four star. the staff were very friendly, the service was good and the room amenities were brilliant. the breakfast buffet was good as well. the only down side was that the wifi was not free and the mini bar was a bit expensive. overall i will definitely choose to stay here again.

“Petit hôtel charmant situé dans un quartier tranquille du Lido à deux pas de Venise”

L'établisement est très agréable et très chaleureux, la personne qui nous a reçu, est très acceuillante, elle nous a donné de suite tous les renseignements concernant, les transports à proximité ainsi que les endroits où se restaurer. Bref, tous les détails pratiques pour réussir notre séjour. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la chambre, pas très spacieuse, mais mignonne et très soignée avec une salle de bain moderne et très propre. Quand au petit déjeuner servi en buffet, il n'y a rien à dire, si ce n'est copieux et servi avec le sourire. Bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit hôtel et sommes près à y retourner dès que l'occasion se présentera.

“Great hotel in Venice”

This hotel was very close to the Palazzo Del Casino, which is a major conference venue. The location was convenient, the breakfast was quite good, and the service was excellent. A very good value for the price!

“Great value for money”

Villa Tiziana Hotel gives you great value for money. Staff was very friendly & helpful and available 24/7. They will give you all kind of useful information and tips needed, so you do not waste you time searching for it. Room was very clean and air conditioning made a big difference when Italian summer is in full roll. Breakfast was adequate, and public transport (A & B buses) available to the vaporetto stop, Santa Maria Elizabetta (3 stops). But if you prefer walking it's just a 15 minutes straight walk. I do recommend it and I'll go back too!!!

“The Lido - better than staying on the main island”

The hotel is basically OK. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean but a bit worn. It's about a mile south of the ferry terminal and there is a pleasant walk alongside a canal that runs parallel to the main road. The bars and restaurants are grouped around the ferry terminal so you are likely to make the walk a couple of times each day. A single ferry ride costs 6.50 euro so it costs 13 euro to go over to the main island and back - but for 14 euro you can buy a 24 hour travel pass that covers boats and buses. We bought a 72 hour pass for 31 euro and used it to visit the islands of Murano and Burano which were wonderful. We got over 50 euros worth of travel on one day alone. You can use the pass to take the bus between the ferry and the hotel if you don't like walking. (We walked even though we had a pass.) We enjoyed staying on the Lido away from the tourist crowds. The bars and restaurants were filled with local italians and the prices and service were good. Finally the bad news: you have probably read the comments elsewhere about the toilet that cannot be used because a shower cubicle has been built in front of it. Well my room had that problem. For me, being male, it wasn't a disaster because there was a public toilet down on the ground floor but a lady would find it more problematic.
