“A Gem”

Beautiful hotel with nice, clean rooms. Walk to the train shuttle that takes you to Venice. Saved $$$ by not staying out on Venice island.

“Hidden Gem for seeing Venice”

“Good Value For Money”

A very friendly staffed hotel situated in a quiet side street in Mestre within walking distance to the buses and train station which take you to Venice after a journey lasting about 15 minutes. A buffet style breakfast with a cooked option at 7 euros was good value for money. There was a nearby family-run restaurant on the main road which provided good quality and reasonably priced food, and a patisserie for coffees, snacks and cakes. I would recommend this comfortable, welcoming hotel.

“Excellent hotel, value for money”

New hotel, offer good breakfast for E7.5 +tax. Reception helpful and friendly, plenty of resaurants handy and reception will help you with a map to find them. Also helped with how to get to Venice, bus stops 50mtrs away and only cost E2.0 for day pass and takes 15 minutes to Venice and runs every 10 minutes.

“Good value for money”

Good hotel if you are planing to visit Venice. In 15 minutes you are reaching Venice with bus no 2. Breakfast was above average. We appreciated cleanliness of the room and rapid answers from staff.

“Excellent Hotel Near Venice”

We were just in Italy for a vacation and flew in and out of Venice. We were looking for a place to stay for one night at the end of our trip that had easy access to Marco Polo airport. We were very fortunate to find Villa Costanza in Mestre. The hotel is freshly renovated and just a short walk from the Mestre train station. The rooms were immaculate and the staff was wonderful. Monica at the front desk was cheerful, pleasant and spoke beautiful English. She was helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and recommending nearby places for dinner. I would highly recommend Villa Costanza to anyone that wants to visit Venice and stay outside the city.
