Super friendly staff and great location!
Greeted by a gentleman with the most welcoming smile. All staff (we met 5 in total)were fabulously friendly and helpful, with great spoken English. The rooms are beautifully clean and smell good. Comfy beds. Location is amazing, 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge and 5mins from st marks square (this is genuine times). Really easy to find with the directions given. The breakfast was worth the 4 euros as it filled a hole, in an expensive area. They’re a few quirks (ie breakfast served in the hallway), but they just add even more to the charm of this hotel. 100% will be back and more than happy to recommend to friends. We had the quadruple room which was ample space to move about and a large bathroom, for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Genuinely can’t find fault! Huge thank you 🙏

Perfect location but small.
The hotel is an absolutely amazing location just 3 minutes walk from Rialto and about 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The room that we had was really small but adequate and the en-suite was similarly small but adequate. The staff were really helpful and we felt well looked after. We would definitely stay here again but look to get a larger room.

Staff were friendly, the property was clean, room was clean. It was a perfect location to all the main attractions in venice, everything was so close. But also not loud and busy! It was quiet. Only down side was we had no toilet roll for most of the holiday, and they cleaned the room daily but didn’t supply more. No one was on reception every time I went down to ask for some. We were also not told about breakfast. After a couple of mornings we saw a ‘help yourself’ style breakfast room where everyone can grab what they need, but we weren’t told when this opened in the morning etc so by the time we got there it had been savaged. Other than the toilet roll and no breakfast it was a nice hotel and good location.

This property was right in the heart of Venice next to the grand bridge. The room was nice. Only complaint is, we the room on the top flore and there are no elevators so we had to lug our luggage up 5 flights of very steep and narrow fights of stairs. Also they had a phone charger that was shorting out really bad. Other than that this place was great.

The property was very convenient. The room is very small, so be aware when booking. It states it's a quadruple room. It has a queen-sized bed and two single beds in the same room. My guess is the room is about 15'x15'. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants easily accessible. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to the Rialto bridge and a 1/2 mile to St. Marks. The AC doesn't come on until June, so the room was hot when we went in April. We opened the windows, but the airflow wasn't great. We tried to turn the fan on, but it was blowing hot air. We called management, but they told us to open the window. The folks at the reception desk are wonderful. They helped us with directions and to get a water taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend the Hotel.

Our stay here was good for the most part, but we had a few small issues. It was very hot in the room and we could not get the air to work. The front desk wasn’t very organized, and the hours are questionable as everyone had gone home before 2pm even though we were told they would be there until 6pm. So if you check a bag, it may be left unattended behind or beside the desk. Also, the shower was very slippery so be careful there. Otherwise, the hotel was charming, the staff was pleasant, and the location was very convenient to everything, once we found it.

Overpriced and Seen Better Days
Stayed two nights in October 2022. Weather was warm and humid but air conditioning did not work. Windows opened to noisy alley below. Also bathroom has no ventilation with limited soaps and no shampoo or creams. No shelf around tub for personal products you bring either. Rude cleaning staff takes dirty towels from the room but doesn’t replace them unless asked to. Same staff literally screams in the hall to talk to the manager as she needed permission to replace the towels. Also asked us to leave the room early for cleaning and not at checkout. The room was large, and so was the bed. However, the mattress topper doesn’t stay in place for long. There’s a safe but it requires coins to be used and the battery was dead anyway. No dedicated luggage room. Bags left in lobby / hall without consistent staff supervision — not safe. Paid way too much for the level of service and amenities. The manager was friendly but that doesn’t make up for the rest of it. Hotel info says it takes AMEX but payment link only allows Visa or Mastercard.

The shampoo hangs in the shower wall just open the eyes.We cost you willingly we have no custudia service as ignore in Venice the spaces are narrow as a city built on the water. Luggage storage in other places in Venice are paid.

The property is in an ideal location next to the rialto Bridge...the property itself is not great understaffed with no breakfast as was paid for on booking or milk to make a cap of tea or spoon in the room would i go back to this hotel no at was only Venice it self that saved our brake

This "Quad" room wasn't exactly as pictured. The tiny 3rd and 4th beds were comically small. The main bed was really FIRM. Glad we had an overnight flight and we were super tired.

It was an excellent location, and the staff were fabulous. The room was exactly what we booked, met our budget. Mattresses weren't entirely comfortable which is why we lowered the rating.

Great stay in an excellent location
We had a great stay at Residenza Goldini. We arrived in the evening and checked in the following morning. Breakfast in the rooms was a great way to start the day, and all of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean quiet. The only thing was that the air con didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal - can imagine it might have been in the heat of the summer. The shower in the bathroom was also very good. Upon departure we were able to leave our bags before returning later in the day. The location was great, with the Rialto bridge a couple of minutes away. If we ever go back to Venice then I would look no further.

Basic hotel on great location
The hotel was in an amazing location. The room was small, very tired but very traditional which we wanted. It was on the third floor with no lift which was a bit of a problem. The photo from hotels.com showed a small balcony which we thought would be nice as our breakfast was room service but the balcony was off the hallway and the view was just wall and pipes, very misleading. All on all the room served its purpose and was redeemed by location and venice itself.

Check in was effortless, quick and friendly. Our room 114, was beautiful decorated in Rocco style furniture. Everything was elegantly matched from wallpaper to curtains and bedding. The bed was the most comfortable my husband says his ever slept in. Our bathroom was on suite and had everything you need including a hair dryer. The The property is 2 mins for rialto bridge & 10 Mins from st Marco. Breakfast is lovely and enough to fuel you for your adventures till lunch. We found The whole hotel to be spotlessly clean. A little gem of Venice.

Great hotel close to everything. Rooms were well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. Only downfall was there was no mini bar in the hotel which meant if there are any things you may want in you will need to buy from a local shop. Also coffee selection in room was great but no milk 😕

not happy
never told us that there was so many floors with no elevator. The owner did carry our luggage upstairs. we picked this place because of roof top patio with lots of flowers, wasn't prepared to get to. the bathroom was the best place in the whole room. Very deceiving.

It is in a great location easy walk to everything. The coffee and breakfast delivered to our door every morning was a great way to start our day. Easy walk from the rialto vaporetto to get anywhere in the city. We would stay again!!

Overall, it was okay. The place is clean and someones come in everyday to clean and replace towels/sheets. The AC and WiFi worked well. On the downside... We only had two small pillows, so it not very comfortable when watching stuff in bed. The shower's water temperature in unstable, cycling between BURNING and cold. Lastly, there's no one at the reception between 10 pm and 8 am. That can be an inconvenience.

Very bad, Igeniziomo all rooms with a certified annex of the Ministry of Health. The room that we gave her is not clean but IGENIZED, and she left it really dirty with bottles of wine thrown on the ground, you saw it dirty because you have dirty it with inappropriate behavior (you were drunk) not being your home We repeat given the complete lack of information that in Europe there are no bedbugs but mosquitoes being in the lagoon, we in fact have mosquito nets and mosquito machines, being a public portal we will take legal action against you.

The property is in an excellent location, very close to Rialto and St Marks plus easy access to the river bus's to all directions. This is a nice quiet property, room size adequate and a nice private bathroom. Our room also had a private roof terrace, which was nice.The main issue for most modern travellers might be the stairs depending on what floor you are on. As you go up over 4 stories the stairs get less wide, and there is no lift. Not any good for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was comfy but furnishings although traditional in style were in need of refurbishment. A bit of a lack of attention to detail, which can sometimes make all the difference. No restaurant or central dining room, but the free room service and breakfast to your room was a nice touch, even if somewhat a necessity.
