Set in lovely grounds. Staff were excellent. Lovely swimming pool. Room very clean and nice decor. Lovely restaurant but we were disappointed with our main course. We ordered chicken (which consisted of a small chicken leg and a small thigh) which was very bland and rabbit. Both dishes tasted as if they were cooked in the same pot with very little flavour. Would suggest opting for a pasta dish. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and we would definitely go again.

Mosquito paradise
I wanted to love it because agriturismo can be a nice change of pace. The concept of having the food and wine for the on-site restaurant being estate procured and the property being reasonably close to the airport sounded appealing. However, the place was very difficult to enjoy due to swarm of all-day mosquitoes that put those in the Yukon to shame. The television did not work and the WiFi did not reach my room. Ordinarily this would be fine for the type of stay, but I really needed to use the WiFi and paid a dear price using it in common areas due to insect bites. Worst of all, the property is gate guarded. The front desk will tell you that the gate is operated with the room key card. However, they don't tell you they turn the gate off at night and LOCK YOU IN. The staff leaves at night and there is no one at the property to open the gate until the breakfast crew arrives. Good luck getting to the airport for a morning flight. I got locked in and missed my flight from Venice. I called the emergency phone line and the person that answered said he wouldn't send anyone out before breakfast, which starts at 8 or 9 am. He was also incredibly rude as if LOCKING PEOPLE IN YOUR HOTEL is not completely outrageous. The fact that locking me cost me hundreds of dollars wasn't remotely persuasive to him.

Dear Mr. William, we are sorry for the television malfunction, we check every week to make sure they work, could notify us and solve the problem. we are sorry also for mosquitoes but it is not something we can control. we do not lock anyone in, with the room's magnetic key our guests can open the gate day and night (24H). If you warned us about your check-out time, we would have easily explained you where to leave the key when he left the gate and how to get to the airport. In any case, at the gate, just below the card reader there is a phone number to call in case of difficulty and it is active 24H, and you don't call that number. We are not inside the property during the night but we obviously have the possibility to open the gate through the smartphone. Best Regards

A relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The facility is gated, has a small vineyard & farm, indoor pool, an outdoor space that’s like a retreat. Large rooms with air conditioner, modern & clean bathroom. If you have a car & want to stay away from the city but close to Marco Polo airport, this is a perfect place to stay!

After 32 days in Europe, this hotel was one of the best in mi opinion, nice room and clean, good breakfast, green all around, peaceful, you can walk and see the chickens, cows, etc

This hotel is a little piece of Heaven. It was close enough to Venice by train and yet you are in the country away from the hustle of a big hotel. Very quiet, clean and very beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent, quiet hotel
We stayed only one night in the hotel, but we wished we have stayed longer. The place is very quiet and nice. The communication with Mihaela was very good before our arrival and she explained the hotel facilities very well after we checked in. In the morning we had an outstanding breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the restaurant staff was very attentive. The room was extremelly clean.

Nice seeing near Venice airport
On a quiet piece of farmland only 10 minutes from the Venice airport. The room was nice size, clean and in a quiet seeing. Nice bathroom and a good breakfast There was also a walking path through the farm with tree identifiers, chickens and cows; very nice timeout About a mile down the road is a good restaurant

I love the place and my stay was excellent. I sure recommend that place and staff were very friendly. They are not in the front desk from a certain time but make sure you ask the right questions needed for your stay and you will be fine. Wifi password, tv code for movies,laundry location if staying for a week or longer things like that so when they are not around you don't complain and give them bad review because they sure try their best to make your stay pleasant. They called me in the morning on my first day there to see if I wanted breakfast and I find that to be very nice on their part. I forgot their names but they were 2 female front desk staff and they were awesome!! Thank you for trying your best my family had a great time...

Outstanding hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my time.
Perfectly serene location. Great way to spend a few days before delving in to all the excitement of Venice. Staff was 100% accommodating and very helpful. I say this after having let 3 months lapse since my stay. I'm still so very pleased.

It was an adventure. Just needed a place to stay before going to Venice airport. The manager Michaela was amazing. We arrived late. She stayed an extra hour to accommodate us. My friend was leaving in the early morning and was concerned about taxi showing up. There was no problem. Michaela actually drove us to a restaurant and ask the owner to bring us back to the hotel that first night. I stayed another night and took early taxi also. No problem. Very peaceful and quiet. Great breakfast and Sunday lunch. Only 11 rooms with indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Best to have a car, which we did not; however, Michaela made the trip a special pleasure.

yes: check in is only possible until 19.30. yes: you must have a car to come here because nothing is within walking distance. But yes, we might be ideal for tourists! we regret you didn't enjoy our place kindest regards

lovely setting. all breakfast made on site - fresh mozzarella, ricotta, quails eggs. restrained modern architecture with the flavouring of the modernist venetian master Carlo Scarpa. Saw 6 hares, white egret, heard owls saw bats but not aeroplanes. easy to get to venice via ferry at airport. use €8 a day car park there - fantastic way to crass the lagoon. Pool wonderful, also has spa pool and lecture/meeting facilities

We wanted to end our travel with an escape. This was the perfect choice. Everything was wonderful. Extremely clean with fantastic service. They even taught me how to make an expresso at home the Italian way. We hope we will be able to return one day.

Charming Place
We recently stayed four nights here while exploring Venice and the countryside. Our experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful in every way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all possible amenities including fresh air and warm, comfortable beds. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy with much variety and we understood to be locally produced foods. You need a car to get here and it you are looking for a full service hotel, this is not the place but the surroundings are peaceful, relaxing and beautifully placed in a natural setting, although less than 20 minutes to the Venice airport and half hour drive to Venice, and the rooms comfortable, clean and modern. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would return again or highly recommend to others looking to stay in this area.

Fantastic, relaxing stay
Absolutely fantastic. Everything was great - very nice staff welcoming us and giving all information and advice on how to get to Venice and make the most of our stay; nice comfortable room, delicious breakfast, great area and very well maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is really beautiful place, so calm and peaceful - I don't remember when was the last time I slept so well! Besides that, it's very easy to get to Venice from there. I would come back any time! Thank you!

Italian Rustic Modern Retreat
We stayed here for one night during the off-season in order to be close to Marco Polo for a flight the next day. Michela was a fantastic hostess who took care of all of our needs. The pool, workout area, and restaurant are top-notch. Note that the doors to each of the rooms are outdoors, which make for quite a different experience in winter than during the summer. It was all worth it to be in such a relaxing place so close to where we needed to be the next day. What a refreshing place to call home for a day!

Wonderful stay
Staying at a working farm was wonderful. The breakfast consisted of products from the farm and were delicious. The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom large and modern. You must have a car to get here, so plan accordingly. Because our flight was arriving in the middle of the night, we requested via email to obtain the keys in the morning, which is outside of the arrival window. They were kind enough to do so, and even allowed us to use the pool until our room was ready, earlier than normal. Being exhausted, we were very grateful for their kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in a residential area, as opposed to a more touristic area. We loved our stay here!!

늦은 체크인이라고 30유로를 더 받고 유아용 침대를 신청했는데 준비도 안 되있고 다음날 아침에 갖고온 유아용 침대는 먼지가 가득한 불결한 침대라서 시내에서 새 침대를 구입해서 사용했습니다.

Signor Alberto, Lei non è riuscito ad entrare nella nostra bellissima struttura per il semplice fatto che non ha controllato gli orari di check-in ben esplicitati nelle condizioni al momento della prenotazione e si è presentato al nostro Relais verso l'una di notte senza avvisare minimamente. Le è stato spiegato anche dal personale di Expedia. Sinceramente non riesco proprio a comprendere il motivo per cui lei debba tentare di denigrare il nostro operato avendo commesso lei una evidente leggerezza. E' anche possibile prenotare un late check-in richiedendolo e secondo la disponibilità del personale naturalmente con un costo aggiuntivo. Presentarsi nel cuore della notte senza avvisare, senza aver verificato le condizioni della sua prenotazione, capendo di aver commesso un errore perchè spiegatole a più riprese e poi scrivere una recensione del genere è a dir poco disdicevole. Qui lavorano persone serie e professionali, siamo presenti dal mattino alla sera e cerchiamo di venire incontro il più possibile alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti, pretendiamo però rispetto dagli stessi. Scaricare la propria colpa a terzi è certamente sinonimo di ineleganza ed arroganza. Tanto dovevo. Saluti
