“NIce choice just outside of Venice”
Very nice hotel with relatively easy access to the train station. There is also a bus stop right at the entrance to the hotel for rides to/from Venice. The staff was helpful in answering questions, and you can purchase bus tickets at the front desk. Bathroom was a bit small, but not a real issue.

Cet Hôtel est très bien situé pour se rendre à Venise rapidement (10 min en gros) d'autant que l'arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'hôtel ... Celui-ci n'est pas loin de la gare de Mestre (10-15 min à pied) si des personnes prennent la navette de l'aéroport marco polo (marco polo -gare de mestre 20 min 1er navette depart 5h20 de mestre et derniere navette depart 23h40 de l'aeroport) - Le petit dejeuner est copieux ( pain mini croissant pain chocolat .. beurre nutella yaourt fromage blanc jus petit dej anglais oeuf charcuterie fromage fruit ..) et en plus à volonté ! - la chambre propre spacieuse des placards de rangement ,tv, coffre fort ... -personnel agréable à la reception qui en plus parle français :) en tt cas un hôtel où je retournerai et que je recommanderai!
“Good hotel with exceptional location”
Great hotel, exceptional location. Room was clean and well furnished. This hotel will not disappoint you. We stayed in room 308. It had four windows overlooking one of the most popular canal in Venice
“Would definitely go back”
My husband and I went for our 11th Wedding Anniversary. The first time we have got way without our kids. The Hotel was PERFECT. Fantastic location, 10 minutes bus ride from Marco Polo airport to Mestre Station (then only about 7 minutes walk to hotel). 10 minute bus ride from hotel to Venice. Typical continental breakfast - very good. Excellent staff, all spoke good english and answered all of our questions (not the case everywhere in Venice!). Room was spotless with modern clean decor. Bar is open til 11. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect if you want to avoid paying the Central Venice hotel prices.

“Very nice hotel for the price”
The hotel is actually about 15 miles from Venice; however, the bus stop is right at the hotel entrance with service to the island of Venice. There is a grocery store on the ground floor in the same building as the hotel. Parking is available, which is uncommon in the area. Staff is available 24/7 & they speak several different languages fluently including English. All rooms have a mini fridge & flat panel televisions. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was modern and clean and as other reviewers say, 15 mins from Venice on a number four bus accross the road from the hotel. Tickets 4 euros rtn from reception. Rooms and bathroom clean and breakfast excellent with continental or English choices. Hotel staff were friendly and helpfull. There's a good supermarket right by with the usual cooked/cold food offerings if you want a night in the room or a good resteraunt 2 streets away on yor right as you walk out of the hotel. Only negative is that the bar was a bit unwelcoming, after a days sightseeing if you wanted a nightcap it would do but if you wanted to sit around and relax, not too good.
“Perfect location for visitors who want to explore................”
Location of this hotel was perfect for me. A good 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport and costs me 25 euros. I opted for a taxi instead of public transportation because of luggages but could have taken the train or bus for 3 euros. My two nights stay was great. Breakfast included with so much variety. Exploring Venice via bus which stops right in front of the hotel was very convenient. I used the public transportation everywhere I go. It's the greatest way to see the outskirts of Venice. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel while visiting the area. It is close to everything.
