“Un séjour inoubliable !”

L'hôtel est très bien situé entre la place Saint-Marc et le Rialto en bordure du grand canal, à coté de l'arrêt San Angelo du vaporetto. Il est pourvu à l'arrière d'un petit jardin où il est très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, très complet avec oeufs, charcuterie, viennoiserie, fruits, etc... Seul petit soucis, l'arrêt du vaporetto peut gêner quelques clients de chambres situées sur le grand canal par le bruit engendré à l'arrêt et au démarrage, ce qui n'a pas été notre cas. Cet arrêt est également l'arrêt de la liaison alilaguna avec l'aéroport, très pratique avec les bagages.

“super hotel super location”

Had a lovely stay at the Manin. Room was perfect with a balcony running the whole length of hotel just for us looking up to Rialto Bridge. Staff very friendly and efficient but best of all was the location. vaporetta stop right outside hotel so when feet were sore (which will happen!) very handy indeed. run every ten minutes so no hanging around. Only draw back was the bathroom. altho very clean the shower had no screen so bathroom would get soaked. Would definately stay here again when revisiting Venice and would recommend to friends and family.

“This is the place to stay”

Except for one comment later, this is the place to stay in Venice. A totally remodeled and modern amenity hotel (no in room internet) in a very old city. Excellent service, rooms are modern and well kept up with nightly turn down service. Located at S. Angelo vaperetto stop on the Grand Canal. Get off at S. Angelo stop and walk a few feet and you are at the front door. A very classy place. I agree with the comment that if you are walking around Venice, get a map. Rialto and San Marco are not real close but within reasonable walking distance. Have a map to get around or just take the vaperetto outside your door to either location. The one comment I will make is the bathroom is small and the shower is small (no bathtub). They could have also provided more than one small bar of soap. Expedia rates this a 3.5 star hotel. I would rate it a 4 star. A very nice Hotel and convenient being on the Grand Canal with almost its own vaparetto stop. I am an experienced leisure and business traveler and would recommend this hotel for either purpose.

“Very Satisfied”

What a location ! What a hotel ! What an experience. Caught the Alilaguna Orange Line from Marco Polo airport which drops you off at the door of the hotel. The room overlooked the grand canal which is an experience in itself. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Italy, and we've had quite a few. Overall an excellent holiday experience.

Super hotel: great breakfast served outside in a charming garden/courtyard setting, great room (clean, lovely, upgraded, totally remodeled, good bed--comfortable sleeping and quiet!), super location right on the Grand Canal @ one of the water bus stops--soooooo convenient!! Nice bathroom (larger than normal for Europe) that had been remodeled beautifully--great shower!. Great experience--a 10!!I would go back tomorrow and will suggest it to friends who are lucky enough to travel to Venice. What an enchanting city!! Exceeded my expectations!!

“Venice - Hotels”

I found Framon Hotel Manin on Expedia. In 55 years of traveling - and 25 of travel writing - I have never been more pleasantly surprised. Our room (#206) was large and quiet; no view, but who cares, with Venice a 5 min elevator ride away. Location IDEAL! Right on Gr. Canal with a vaporetto stop twenty yards away. Escalated our Venice trip from perfect to perfectissimo!

Our stay was great. The room was great and breakfast was very good. The view was really spectacular. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and I plan on returning soon.
