“Homey in Venice”

This small hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was adequate and nicely served. I would stay here again. Good value for the price.

The room was small, but efficient and clean. The staff was exceptional! They were friendly and very helpful in answering all of our questions. We had a nice breakfast every morning. The location was nice and quiet. Easy to walk to all of the sites. We would definitely stay here again!

“Value in Venice”

This was a great hotel. It was off the main tourist track a little and which made it a quiet location. However it was still close to the main sights and easy to find with a good map. Food is expensive in Venice so you have to shop around. Would recommend if it is a hot day to get on the boat and go out to the Beach on Lido island. It is a great place to visit and hire a beach chair and umbrella.

“Great staff and Great Location”

Ideal location, 10 minute walk to St. Mark's square, but in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good! We would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. You will not have a view of a canal though. Clean rooms and a pleasant staff. The included breakfast featured made to order cappuccino and a better than average continental buffet. Would recommend to anyone.

“Excellent, quiet location”

We stayed at this Hotel during the October half term 2011. The directions the hotel provided on their website were excellent which is very important in Venice as it is easy to get lost. The hotel is a little unusual in that it occupies the first floor of a building and only consists of a few bedrooms and a lobby which contains the reception desk and tables where breakfast is served. The room was comfortable and the bathroom fine. The continental breakfast was limited but the croissants were delicious as was the coffee. Some fresh fruit would be a welcome addition. I would recommend this hotel to people who intend to spend their time exploring Venice and want a quiet comfortable hotel in an excellent location. One thing we did miss was having a lounge to come back to at the end of the day where we could have had a tea or a coffee, as there are no facilities to make drinks in the bedrooms.
