Excellent location. It is tricky to find, but once you know - it’s easy. Quiet, but handy for Rialto, and right close to Rialto Mercato, and the waterbus stop. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Room was very clean on arrival, and cleaned daily. Reception isn’t always manned, and we had little interactions with them, but when we did, they were friendly. No breakfast but there’s a delightful restaurant a 30 second walk away that does great breakfast and brunch. No lift, and rooms are all upstairs, so would not be ideal for those not mobile or who can’t take their luggage upstairs. No complaints and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice little place. Not easy to find, but they gave great directions. Tucked away, but close to shopping, restaurants and water taxis.

Location was good in terms of proximity to rialto bridge, market, shopping areas. Found the beds too soft and bad for posture/sleep. Air conditioning/fan did not work well.

This was the perfect stay in Venice! Our room was beautiful and very clean. The location is convenient, right on the Grand Canal across from Ca’ d’Oro and next to the Rialto Market. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this locanda.

The location was great. TV didnt work, not that we needed one on vacation but in the evening it would of been nice. We dealed with 2 different ppl at the front desk young gentlemen was very helpful. Young lady was just disengaged. We've never slept on a Bed so hard. We had house keeping everyday and that was nice. Yes, we'd stay there again but hopefully we wouldn't have the torture of the dripping toilet and a more comfortable mattress.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Shower was never really hot. Otherwise I loved everything about the place. Staff was friendly, place was beautiful.

Cute hotel with slight view of the canal from the upstairs premium room. Super convenient location; close to transportation, shopping and famous Riata bridge.We received detailed directions to the place prior to the arrival which helped! Good communications overall. We received a bottle of Prosecco with the room as a part of the Expedia VIP, that was very nice! Staff was friendly. Good security. My only feedback is that the room could use a darker curtain than just a sheer in the bedroom for people wanting to sleep in! And make sure you can go up stairs booking with this hotel which wasn't a big deal for us at all. I would a hundred percent stay there again. Thank you

We loved that it was tucked away from busy crowds but also very close to everything like the markets, Rialto Bridge and so much more. We had the best meal literally around the corner!

Located in the middle of everything, clean, well-appointed and reasonably priced. Is a bit tricky to find for the first time as it is hidden between those very, very narrow Venetian streets. Also, after 9 pm the receptionist is gone and you cannot check-in without a special arrangement. Otherwise a great place!
