We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly. The room was small but very comfortable- the bed in particular was extremely comfortable! The staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that breakfast is served to your room or outside in the courtyard. We went in winter and had two courtyard breakfasts and one room breakfast as you do need a warm coat on! I would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Lovely little quaint units. We actually stayed at this place as well as their bed-and-breakfast nearby called Bloom. European style rooms can be a little on the small side, so do your research to make sure you know what you’re getting into.

Where do I start! Locanda Fiorita does not disappoint. First, the hotel is near one of the water taxi stop, so there is no need for a long walk, which is great. Upon our arrival the gentlemen at the front greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us to our room. We ended up getting the suite room, which was very spacious and looked over the alley ways (super cute). Aldo, our greater provided us with complimentary water and assisted us in figuring out how to navigate Venice (they also give you a free map, so you don’t have to buy one!). The breakfast was delicious and also complimentary!! The coffee made our day and the assortments of food brought me back to my childhood. At checkout time, we were able to leave out suitcases at the front desk. When we came back the gentleman at the front assisted up in taking our luggage down the stairs and towards the water taxi. Overall, it felt like we had stayed with people that truly cared about my well being. This is a very hospitable hotel and I can’t wait to come back and stay here when I visit Venice again.

Amazing option for Venice
Amazing! If you can stay here when visiting Venice. The location is fantastic, the staff extremely helpful and the hotel very quaint and nicely presented. The surrounding area is much quieter than other areas of Venice and has a real charm about it. The breakfast is good and the staff bends over backward for you. Really great option

Perfect getaway spot
Locanda Fiorita was a fantastic hotel. The room was clean with fresh bath linens daily. The breads and fruits offered for breakfast were perfect. It was close in town, yet very quiet. The front desk staff was super helpful and polite!

Classic Venice feel to the property, the breakfast room was small but beautiful and had a lovely view. We could hear a lot of noise from people on the walkway next to the hotel and other hotel guests in their rooms.

It was quiet and had a nice little outside area for breakfast. Room was not big but it was comfortable. English speaking manager was very helpful. Great location. Not far from St. Mark's Square, Shopping area and Realto Bridge area.. Enjoyed being close to San Stefano square with its wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Locatia is vey close to everything on the island and Anthony at front desk couldn't do more to assist and inform you enough. Clean quaint lovely brekkie was lovely to stay snd would stay again

Great location
Cute, small hotel. Very friendly hosts. Hard to find at first but once you do it's worth the location. Very quiet but in a central area. Only complaint: our room's bathroom was down the hall.

Summer in Venice
A warm welcome awaits at the Locanda Fiorita. Located in our favourite part of the City, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Whilst our room was admittedly on the small side it was perfectly formed with all the necessary essentials. Of particular note was the individual sun terrace at which breakfast was served each morning. A wonderful stay, we will be back. Thank you!

Anthony (British fellow) at the front desk was awesome with helping us find the right water taxi, tour, recommendations for reasonably priced restaurants! Rooms are very small! Hotel was a little tricky to find even with google maps, but it’s Venice & places to find are a bit challenging because of all the canals (which it’s fun to be lost in, except when you have your luggage & up & down the bridges)

Awesome location, nice, simple breakfast but the A/C wasn’t strong at all and our rooms had a bad smell. Not quite sure what it was but it was a downer for sure. Again, great location!

Locanda Fiorita is a small and charming hotel. We were really pleased with the condition of our room. They provided a simple continental breakfast out in their courtyard, surrounded by fragrant greenery. The staff was really helpful. And the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Academia bridge, which we found very convenient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We were on a 3rd floor with no elevators. This important information was never disclosed. We had to hire a porter to bring our luggage down. Air conditioner is not turned on until after 6 pm. Was not happy at all with the room. Looked beautiful on pics not so pretty in person

Hotel is located around San Marco, and you have many dinning options on walkable distance. If you arrive by train you can take the water bus and get very close to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel there was no air conditioner the first night , so we had to sleep with window open which was very noisy given to the proximity to bars/restaurants. However with this exception, everything else was great. The breakfast is light but it was lovely to have it outside by the patio.

Locanda Fiorita has two outstanding attributes. First is the staff. We met seven individuals all of whom were kind, decent people who were eager to help. More significant is that they were so effective in being of help. For instance, I wrote to confirm our arrival and requested advice on how best to get from the airport to the hotel. Anthony replied with detailed information on each option in addition to step-by-step directions for getting from the vaporetta stop to the hotel. Paolo, the owner, is a gentleman who did all that one could ask in terms of accommodating us. Second is the location. The hotel is located on a small campo. It is therefore quiet at night. The campo is also elevated by about six steps so that it remains dry even if the street is flooded. The hotel is five minutes from Campo St. Stefano and no more than ten minutes from St. Mark's. The afore-mentioned vaporetta stop is five minutes away as well. The hotel is spotless and well kept. The plumbing, WIFI, and electricity all work as they should. On our next trip to Venice, we will certainly look to stay at Locanda Fiorita.

Central location, amazing hotel staff, nice breakfast on the patio every morning. Accommodation was small, but it is Venice! Staff went out of their way to make our staff great. Even packed a goody bag for us when we were taking the night train to Paris. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, great service
Supreme location in the city. Cozy room with a balcony where the breakfast was served in the morning. We stayed for three days, arrived very late and left early. The only staff that we had contact with was the night manager. He was the most helpful and affable preson you can imagine, though he did not speak much English. Overall, can't recommend this place enough.
