“Excellent emplacement”

Excellent emplacement , proche de la place Saint Marco, accueil tres sympa de Valentina, petit dej' impec. Pas trop bruyant vu l'endroit. tres facile d'acces. Rapport qualite prix plutot bien pour Venise . Internet gratuit. Rien a dire......pas le grand luxe, mais un hotel comme chez soi.

“Excellent location, friendly staff, spoke English!”

Excellent location, friendly staff, spoke English. Having to pay in cash is a bit cumbersome, but knew ahead of time, so planned for it. Clean rooms, nice size for such a small city.

“un accueil proche des chambres d'hotes”

Cet hotel a été choisi vraiment par hasard et ce fut une agréable surprise. Il s'agit certes d'un hotel 1* mais qui possède d'énormes qualités. L'accueil : tout à fait extraordinaire... Les propriétaires de cet hôtel sont d'une incroyable gentillesse. Déjà avant d'arriver, j'ai été contacté par mail, pour me donner des renseignements sur les transports pour arriver à l'hôtel, sur les différentes activités et pour savoir l'heure à laquelle je souhaitais arriver. Sur place l'accueil est encore plus charmant. Cela ressemble à une chambre d'hôte. Comme une maison familiale. Pleins de bons conseils, plein de mots et gestes agréables au quotidien. Le petite déjeuner est très bon et tout à fait correcte et la salle du petit déjeuner est situé au bord d'un canal. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais très propre. Elle conviendrait à tout le monde, sauf à des personnes voulant du luxe et du gigantisme. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent : 200 m de la place st Marc et 400 m du Rialto. Tout en étant situé dans un quartier très calme. Nous n'avons pas été déçu, et cet hôtel à largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Venise. Merci

“nice place”

If you want to keep it cheap, have a great location, but don't mind a few issues, this a great place. The owners (managers) were sweet and helpfull. Keep in mind the rent was low. Expect a very small room. You get what you pay for.
