Overall, our stay was good. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and the receptionist was friendly. The room was cold at night.

Lovely traditional property only a 2 min walk from the water bus. Very spacious and clean and have everything we needed. Staff were helpful and it was on the first floor so not too far to carry suitcases up the stairs. Highly recommend.

We got there early before check in time there was this little girl teen at the reception very rude the front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you have to leave it there the check out time they told us was 10 am and they can only keep your luggage until 2 PM. The room was big and spacious but they only give you two flat pillows and the bed is hard. Do not stay here find another place for the price they don’t give you basic amenities we had breakfast included and they didn’t informe us. They have a code to come in since they don’t have the reception open all day and we were not informed

Good Morning, Im'm sorry if I seemed rude to you, it was not my intention. You could have stored your luggage at the reception until the time you wanted, not only until 2pm and the check-out is not at 10am, but at 10.30am. You could find another two pillows in the wardrobe. You did not have breakfast included, that's why I didn't tell you about it. Before your arrival, we sent you a message with all the informations about the hotel, included the code of the door. We are sorry that you didn't have a pleasant stay.

Off of the main walking route, the hotel is small and unassuming. We loved the place though the beds and pillows were on the firm side. Staff was helpful and the room faced a canal and was very quiet. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a modestly priced accommodation who can align their expectations to the price point.

We thought it would be difficult to get to but it was not a problem. We took a bus from the airport and then a water bus. When we exited the water bus we walked down a tight street and crossed the main very busy with people street and we were there. The staff is wonderful. And the decor sends you back to reminiscent luxury.

I thought the breakfast was very good and such a bonus in our room. They were very kind in keeping our luggage until we left. Great location and very clean rooms and loved the silk walls! Only suggestion I would make is to change towels daily as they never dried in the bathroom.

Max and Ivan are amazing as hosts of this boutique hotel, which is a piece of art by itself. It's located in the center of Venice, right on one of the numerous canals. Breakfast was great as well, we highly recommend this hotel and will be looking forward to staying there next time we visit Venice.

Great location accessible to all highlights by walking or wTer taxi. Only 1 ride to trains or to airport 👏 Great places to eat and St marks square and Rialto bridge is just a nice stroll. Dennis was very helpful in details of where to catch the water taxi best. Feels like home.... relaxing and quiet.

Locando Ca ‘La Vele
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Locanda Ca’Le Vele has a great central location, delicious breakfast delivered to your room and has friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I’d change is to have thicker pillows but that’s a personal preference.

The location was perfect...close to a vaporetto stop but down a quiet side street. The service was excellent. Breakfast in the room made us feel like we were really on vacation! We were a family of four and had a wonderful stay. Highly Recommend!

A lovely hidden gem
A total hidden little gem, tucked away just off theain drag. Its quiet no matter what the time of day. The service is friendly and attentive, breakfast served in your room at a convenient time to your request is a nice touch, especially for couples!

Locanda Ca'Le Vele Experience
Very good directions provided and we were greeted nicely from the brothers. Although check-in was 1pm, he allowed us to check-in just a bit early as we were exhausted from the flight. We had a canal room view for 4 nights and the experience was very good. Breakfast was timely, room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is very close to a main street and shopping. Rooms are quiet. Enjoyed the stay very much. Would highly recommend.

Staff so friendly and helpful, great location - quiet but close to lots of trattoriata & osterias; airport water taxi drop-off at Fondamenta Priuli directly opposite. Good sized rooms, with typical Venetian decor Breakfast in the room made us feel like we were being properly pampered!

Beautiful boutique hotel, good location near Rialto, breakfast in the room, warm in the room (in March). There is no lobby (there is no place to sit), there were problems with the drainage system (the water did not flow and immediately poured out from the shower, washbasin and toilet). The staff is not very friendly in solution of problems.

We are glad that you enjoyed our place,location and breakfast(?). So sorry but it was too early for the air conditioning, before that we suggest you to take off scarf and coat. We would like to specify what really happened;you were eight people (the booking was for a double room/one night) and everyone used the bathroom in your room. The party of people used the bathroom again later in the evening. Before your visit, we never had any water drain problems. As for eating on the ground, in front of the reception, here it is not allowed. We apologize for not being too friendly......

The room is small, dated but clean. It is stuffy inside the room as no ventilation. We went to Venice end of Nov (winter time) so is still fine to open the window at night for air circulation. I can’t imagine if it is during hot season. Staff is considering helpful.

A typical no-sense review written by people who think they know but do not really know. I could answer in the most complete way but it would only be wasted time. I limit myself only to inform you that the rooms are not dated .... it's called 1700 Venetian style. Thank you for your time.
